i ordered 3 items total£86 on the 8/9 december 2025 still waiting, can not get in touch with any one at this company, wish i had read reviews first i would not have ordered from them so i am £86 out of pocket and no one is bothered but me.

Took my money and never delivered the items I purchased

Ordered goods before Christmas and still waiting. Will be informing bank that this company is a scam.

I wished I had read the reviews first as I feel like I’ve been scammed too. Ordered an item in December 25 and still not received. Was told I would receive a refund and still waiting for that. Lesson learnt not to order from these adverts I see on line

It's a scam. I bought it on December 8, the tracking said it was coming from China, it took a month and it shows as delivered to a mailbox... which I don't have, they never delivered it and they don't respond.

When it looks to good to be true it normally is.
Nearly 2 months in from date of order, until last week easy to see tracked movements as the order supposedly travelled within in China.
On a boat on 20 December according to the link.
It must have been a slow boat as it was still on the boat last weekend.
The links to the order, the shop and the order tracker stopped working this morning.
Lesson Learned.
Do not buy anything off this website!!!

I ordered from this so called company and got scammed, Its totally fake, allegedly saying they are selling sale stuff from Zara home, I've waited 3 weeks and received a thank you card cheeky sods. The card is just so they have proof of delivery via the post office, no items just a small plastic envelope with a tiny card enclosed, Its shocking how they get away with this but I should have checked reviews, I did this later and got a scam alert on my phone security app and warned to block immediately,
Hopefully they will get caught soon

Do not order this is a scam! We ordered 2 cast iron pots in December and never received it. After trying to contact them they just replied I will check and then never got any further response. The links on the order don't work anymore. This was definitely a fake website!! Beware

I ordered two items that never got delivered to me. Was told items lost and would recieve refund. I have not recieved any refund either. Told to ask my bank. They take your money very quickly. Thieves scammers fraudsters.
Also their tracking was bs too. Match up an animal to one in a group. That never worked. Lies
I hope they are caught prosecuted and sent to prison..

I ordered a cast iron pot and never received it. They did not offer to trace the package or even send me a new pot. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY.

I ordered a kettle and they said it had arrived NOT lost in transit laugh said would send refund but never got it open they rot in hell

0 stars. Do not buy! Didn't get my order only a thank you card in the post. Customer service told me to speak to my bank of I didn't get a refund whixh of course i didn't get. Such a scam. Avoid!!!

Awful company scam people out of money and promise a refund but never send one I paid 83 oo for a thankyou card no answer from them when you ask for a refund they just say they sent it and your bank must be blocking it they are a joke

Must be a scam - not able to contact. Then randomly got a thank you card from Hong Kong?? Don’t buy from Geekflora.
