The service offered exceptional value, showing great professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. Our old double-glazed units were drafty due to failing external mastic, causing the frames to shift and the internal trims to look disheveled. We reached out to Gekoglass for a quote and were pleasantly surprised by the affordable price, leading us to schedule replacements. Lindsay kept us informed and provided an installation date. Paul arrived on time and executed his work with outstanding quality, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail. The new windows are fantastic, offering improved aesthetics and warmth, with resealed and securely fixed frames. Paul also refreshed the internal trims, leaving the house immaculate and much cozier. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, a perfect 10/10 for us! We highly recommend Gekoglass; replacing just the window units while keeping your frames intact is kind to the budget. Efficent and thorough: a top class service.

I accidentally broke the glass side panel of a very expensive piece of equipment (not mine) which had to be replaced. Think I tried almost every glazier company far and wide even went back to the manufacturers but they were either uninterested or couldn’t help. I then found a family run business in Scarborough called Gekoglass. I spoke to Linsay who listened intently on what I had to say and what I needed. They did not stock this type of glass but reassured me she would do everything to try and source it from somewhere. A couple of days later she telephoned me to say they had found a company who could make what I needed. They took all measurements and made a template to ensure it was a perfect fit (at no extra cost). A couple of weeks later I received the panel any it was a perfect match. I can’t rate this company high enough they absolutely went above and beyond. Thank you so much Gekoglass your customer service was outstanding, unlike all the other larger companies that I’d contacted. Anyone wanting a first class service for any type of glazing should definitely give them a try.

We were shocked at how affordable it was and booked the replacements. Lindsay kept us up to date and gave us an installation date. Paul arrived promptly and carried out his work to a very high standard, his attention to detail is second to none. The new window are fantastic, look great and are much warmer, the frames have been resealed and are now securley fixed. Lastly Paul redid the trims internally. The house was left spotless and is so much warmer. We are so happy with the result. 10/10 from us! Seriously consider Gekoglass and just replace the window units and leave your frames. Have just used Gekoglass for the first time and I think it only fair to give them a big ‘thumbs up’. We needed a number of replacement double glazed windows in our home and some replacement hinges.
From the first visit and quotation it took less than a month for the job to be completed. A fair price, great attention to detail and no mess by Paul the installer. We would thoroughly recommend this company and are absolutely delighted. So much cheaper than new complete windows and far less mess and disruption to our home.
