Pretty poor customer comms from hewd office. Very unhelpful person on the phone after being on hold for 30mins. Despite having a repair reference number, CSA wouldn't look it up or explain why the repair dropped off their system. Got the impression they just wanted me off the phone. "Computer says NO type of service" our local branch was great though. Nice service from 34 West Telferton Industrial Estate branch hence the rating.

Gemini repaired damage to my car following an accident, communications were great, they explained what would be repaired and timescales for repair and kept me updated throughout. It was ready on the date they said it would be ready for and on collection you couldn't tell the car had been damaged, they even washed the car for me, all staff were very friendly and professional

Gemini Accident Repair Centre Telford were absolutely brilliant! From initial contact, through updates on how the work was doing, to liaising with us to have our car ready to collect at the agreed place. We can't praise them highly enough. My van was taken to Gemini repair Leicester on the day of the accident, May 13th 2025 ........ not seen it since.
Loads of calls and texts saying they will let me know when its done ....... still not done !!
For 4 months they kept saying they were awaiting a seat belt tensioner !!!
Then they were waiting for software for the jig ( whatever that means)
Then it was going on the jig.
Now, they are awaiting another part they didn't realise they needed for the repair !!
Basically, utterly ridiculous!!!
How can a repair take almost half a year ?
Answers on a post card !!
DO NOT USE GEMINI REPAIR CENTRE !
Ignore that at your peril.
Im convinced they dont know what they are doing.

Absolute back-street garage standard of repair. This was a non-fault claim where someone hit my parked car, and Esure directed me to this garage — unfortunately, I had no choice. Gemini ARC Leeds.
Communication was terrible throughout. They never answer calls, and updates were minimal. The quality of the repair is shocking:
• Bubbling paint left on the panels
• Side skirt not even touched with damage clearly visible
• Headlamp still grazed and not replaced
• Bonnet damage not repaired, left horribly misaligned
• Front grill left hanging off
• Parking sensors now intermittent
• The original bumper, which was heavily damaged, has been poorly repaired instead of replaced
Initially, they told me the repair wouldn’t happen until November 2025, but suddenly, after just over a week, the car was “done” and dropped off — clearly rushed and unfinished.
I’m now working with my insurance to try to get this mess sorted properly. Avoid this garage at all costs.

I couldn't have asked for a better service. Everyone I spoke to were so helpful and lovely.
From the office staff, to the people that collected my car and dropped the hire car off... FANTASTIC.
Even though the car was a write off, it was lovely having people that understand.

An excellent repair service. Car delivered and returned to me as agreed. Returned to me after being thoroughly washed and cleaned inside and out. Delay due to a larger repair than was first thought so extra part had to be ordered but was kept fully informed at all times of the repair progress. Everyone in the company was polite and couteous. Thorougly recommend this copany

This is the 2nd time we have used Gemini (Luton) at the instruction of our insurers and on both occasions the repairs have gone smoothly. The cars were picked up & returned at the prearranged times.

No update and delayed completion (once again and again and again......). Delayed 3 times already but without any information/update from the company -no email, no phone calls.
When making phone calls for asking, staff could not say anything to me but asking me to wait, wait and wait......
I made a phone call today and the staff was rude to dismiss my call suddenly......how irresponsible this company is.

E-sure asked me to use Gemini in Hunslet, Leeds to repair my Renault Zoe. Gemini contacted me the same day. When they had acquired the parts they came and collected my car and repaired it to a high standard. Nice, friendly people with great communication skills and a first rate body-shop to boot.

From start to finish I was kept informed of the expected timeline of the repair to my car. Pedro dropped off my courtesy car and the process was made clear of what to expect. He was very pleasant and respectful both to my property and ourselves.
The car I received was very clean.
I was called at every step of the way right up until I got my own car back which was delivered again by Pedro. Honestly, you would never know there was a repair done !! It included a new door and a repair to another door and is matched perfectly. I certainly would not hesitate using Gemini again. The customer service was certainly 5 star.

I have nothing but praise for the Plymouth repair centre. My car was picked up, repaired and delivered back to my driveway in a very timely fashion with a five year guarantee on the repair. I live quite a way from Plymouth but it didn't matter, it wasn't a problem at all. The office staff were helpful and polite and tried to help me in every way. I was very happy with what they did and how they dealt with me.

Recently used Gemini arc Darlington through my insurance. Very professional, kind and efficient staff. They answered all questions on the phone and booked in a repair date. They then came as planned with phone calls to tell me they were on their way and collected my car. I was left with a lovely sporty corsa courtesy car for a week (my young
son was impressed). When my car was fixed they brought it back immaculate and explained what had been done. An additional repair was needed at a later date due to a delay with a Honda part not being delivered. Once again, this was done in a timely manner with excellent communication. I honestly can't fault any part of the service and highly recommend. Thank you.
