Excellent service from start to end. Have been shopping with Emma for years now and she never fails. Perfect items super quick delivery and great value.

I bought a personalised charm bracelet, but I wanted to let you all know that the silver plated charm is way to big and heavy for the bracelet, it hangs down and knocks everything in sight.. the person I bought it for had to change it over to out on her own silver necklace as it just wasn’t wearable, so please be aware if you are thinking of buying it.. I did contact the seller in regards to this, I asked for a refund as I wasn’t happy but she flatly refused and said I had bought what was advertised, I explained that the concept doesn’t work and she might consider that. I do have 2 necklaces that I bought and am happy with those.
