A great company to deal with.
My wife bought a Fiat 500 and noticed the odometer mileage flashing. Turns out the previous owner had replaced
a faulty speedo but did not get a proxy alignment procedure done. After some internet research I discovered Gendan and used their website to purchase the equipment needed to fix my problem. Unsure of what parts I actually needed I filled out the help section form and I was advised what parts I needed to fix the problem. A special shout out to Mike West who offered great after sales support. I got the flashing odometer fixed and I now own the OBD reader and software in case it is needed for future faults. Still cheaper than going to a Fiat dealer for the fix.

Been a long time petrolhead and allways like to repair and work on my own vehicles so I know that's jobs are done properly, have heard of gendan through various forums all with good reviews.Working on vehicles nowadays is complicated by electronic controlers and the best way you can test these and make diagnosis easier is by using a good diagnostic machine and that's exactly what you get from Gendan. Bought Multiecuscan for my Ducato and it’s an excellent bit of kit for the same cost as an hours labour at a Fiat main dealer! On top of that, the email updates after ordering were very entertaining…..🤣😂

An exemplary service! From the Gendan team to the DPD courier who delivered my item the following day. I purchased an OBD Link EX to use with FORScan to adjust the 12v socket timeout on my 21 reg Kuga. A great bit of kit, well worth the expenditure.

I bought the NT530 from Gendan, professionally packed by their 'Swedish packaging specialist' who may have "intentionally" dropped their sweets into the box  ;-). I got the NT530 as I had a problem with my Civic and with the help of the scanner it was found and fixed within an hour of receiving it!

It is now working well.I am using it on a Windows XP laptop but Gendan have advised me how to transfer it to Windows 10 at some point.Very happy to deal with this company.

Service, knowledge and fast responses. Easy to deal with. Only drawback for me is no delivery to Australia, but I have a mate in UK who forwarded. A little more expense and trouble but worth it to me.
