Had to try to contact them about a claim. The email asking us to do so requested we contact them via live chat. We tried for over 48 hours on multiple occasions to do this but live chat was always unavailable. For an online only company with no phone numbers this is absolutely unacceptable and really really stressful.
Update: live chat still unavailable today (12/3/26). Do you actually EVER offer this service. Your chat bot is annoying and useless.
I found the telephone number you mentioned eventually on your site but on the main page it does say you only offer a limited telephone service for the first 28 days with no direct mention of a telephone number for claims. When I got through on the telephone number the person I dealt with was efficient but your hold music is clearly designed to stop people ever ringing again. Why do you hate your customers so much? WHY?

The access to GA was via Go Compare which was very straight forward and easy to fill in details. The Ga additional information to complete the quote was a bit tedious but if taken slowly was quite easy to fill in and didn't suddenly give any surprises. Well Done!
