Impossible to get a hold of. I am not a customer of this company but I have had a payment taken out of my bank under the name of general accident - perth. Id like to confirm what has happened and how they have my information as I do not have or have had a policy with them. I have tried on multiple occasions to get in touch with this company and it’s impossible. I cannot get past the automated phone bot, I do not have a policy and a substantial amount of money (in the hundreds) has been unlawfully taken out of my bank account. Id like someone to get in touch with me, I am not able to email as again, automated responses block my request because I DO NOT HAVE A POLICY. i explain this multiple times, they have no record of me yet have debited a sum from my bank card. I want to know how and why this company has my information and what this payment is for!!!! Useless.

My policy is due for renewal 10 March last year premium £586 this £1704 I had 1 blame claim which states on policy won’t effect NCDGA took out of my bank account £1704 mid February which I didn’t authorise so they refunded same day but GA now have sent me anther £1000 so obviously must have cancelled someone else’s policy I am hoping they will stick to their policy rules and reduce my premium to what it should be with my NCD
