My doctor, Dr. Guzman. He was very understanding of my needs. He also increased the dose, which was helpful and is helping me now.. I need Wegovy because I am pre-diabetic, High blood pressure and also have heart disease this extra weight is fatal to my health. I also have hip impingement syndrome and this extra weight has diminished the quality of my life now that I am losing weight in a healthy way on Wegovy. I hope to continue with Dr. Guzman. Degrading experience. Was made to explain every single script I have had for two years, questioned about antibiotics, just to get nausea medication. Was asked if I'm "sure I sit up" during the day as I was laying in bed during the visit due to vomiting. Treatment was an over the counter acid reducer, as they refused nausea medication due to having a medical marijuana card. Treatment was done with bias and profiling, not with care regarding my symptoms. Update: After texting, they agreed to issue a refund and escalate the concerns. I still however, would not recommend the service at all.

I did not have my medicine for months. Then I googled this!!!!!! They got my prescription filled quickly at my local pharmacy. They answered quickly to everything!!! They called in my prescription. I picked it up the next day!!!! I am so pleased, and grateful that I FOUND THIS!

I was able to get a same day appointment for a tick bite / rash that was urgent. No waiting rooms. She sent the blood test orders right away for any other co-infections for later that afternoon. They responded to text quickly if I had any questions. I am a Nurse Practitioner and care like this is not usual. I will definitely be using their services in the future.
