Would have gave 0 stars as I am ha ing major issues with a £1400 withdrawal and constant asking for proof when they have been sent twice ..I will be taking it to the financial ombudsman aswell as others as I will come back every day and write a bad review till I receive my funds I won fair and square.... so this is day 1.....if I was you I would stay away from this casino that's for sure.....advisors tell u different every single time....yesterday was my bank card pics wasn't received but av sent 3 times and now today it's my bank statement didn't show the deposits when it clearly does....be back tomorrow

And tomorrow is here and again got another email saying gmy documents aren't being accepted soooo gaming commission and ibas will be informed and I will tell them this as I have all the screenshot necessary to show that this I an illegal company holding onto to people's funds and alo there most secure of documents ie bank account number and passports etc......never use this one and i am going the full way with them now and I ain't stopping

Absolute joke of a company, i have Provided them with copies of bank statements copies of debit cards citizen card utility bills everything but the two things I don’t have a driving license and passport and they say they can’t verify my account absolute nonsense it would be easier getting a mortgage than withdrawing your winnings from these people. My account has been closed at my request but they still have my money since they cant verify me. Which is just nonsense . DO NOT PLAY HERE PEOPLE YOU MAY WIN BIG AND NOT BE ABLE TO GET IT. WISH ID CAME TO THE REVIEWS BEFORE I GAVW THEM ANY OF MY MONEY.

Scam

Scam. Stay away. Good until you deposit, not at all when you wish withdrawals. No response. Funds reverses back without no reason. I had just doubled the deposit; even that was too much for this to not pay. I requested withdrawal, second day it reversed. Withdrawal charges deducted for no apparent reasons. Requested again, the same cycle repeated. Interestingly, withdrawal charges again deducted. Chat responds instantly but action, zero. If they take action, they have to refund, correct? If no action, customer may lose money in long run. Well scripted scammers. Guys, stay away. These people need to open a better scamming institution rather than this old school technics. Closed the account after weeks of struggle.

I love genisis casino brands but

I love genisis casino brands but, I have the withdrawal times and wait times are ridiculous any other casino processes the withdrwels within a couple of hours this site take about 2 days just to process them I have 4 withdrwels pending now and have been waiting over 40 hours just for them to be processed I WISH THIS SITE WAS FASTER WITH WITHDRWELS that's the only downfall in my eyes the casino games thereself is a good pick.

So I guess this is happening to…

So I guess this is happening to everyone. I posted another blog about this site. If you look at each response it’s all generic responses for all our concerns. So it looks like this site doesn’t pay out people, and that they use documentation repetition as an excuse. I’ve been online with other communities, and I think there is a way to report them especially since they are a Malta company. It’s been over 8 days now and no one has emailed me about my payout . I have 4900 owing to me and they have not once allowed it to be withdrawn. It’s just pending . Each agent I’ve talked to says the same thing. “Im at highest priority and Someone will get back to me shortly”. Next post if I don’t hear anything will be information on how to report and them possibly pursue legally. Especially if we all do the same thing. I’ll see what happens in the next 48 hours.

I have now decided to escalate my complaint regarding this casino.
Please see my other reviews which have been ongoing for the last two weeks.
I joined the casino, won £400. Took a week to get verified and receive my winnings only after exchanging over 20 emails and sending my documents 5 times !
I won again last night and today I went to check the process of my withdrawal and they are saving my account is blocked because I self excluded. I DID NOT self exclude. Why would I self exclude when I’m waiting for the £300 I withdrew last night?
I have received my other withdrawals fine but now they seem to be holding onto this. Genesis …. I did not self exclude so can you tell me why you are again withholding winnings I won fair and square?

Genesis casino withdrawal nightmare an delay tactics don’t use this site people honesty

Same as you guys won money last week, withdrew my winnings only for them to be held in pending for nearly 10 days. I had to send an resend multiply documents many of which more than once. 5 days later finally verified then withdrawal kept bouncing back. Then it finally says it’s been withdrawn at 12 pm ish today it’s now 7 pm an I haven’t received a penny. Now Monday 17th oct still nothing. Now Tuesday 18/10/2022, again nothing in bank, an no pending payments from genesis proving my funds have never been released. Of course the agent at Genesis tells me otherwise and has had me send bank statements again 4 times 4 different emails wasting another hour of my time, to then be told someone will investigate but i may have to wait another 2-3 days while they locate the money a resnd it to me, i am literally at my wits end with it now delay tactics every time. £1400 i am owed how can my money be lost i have never known or experienced anything like this. Now the 19/10/2022 still no news never mind any money been paid every time I speak to an agent I get told it’s been investigated and I will receive an email when it have been sorted but the email never comes just another excuse an another day I have to wait !! I am going too keep updating until I’ve had my winnings, so today is the 20/10/2022 I have asked 3 times today what is happening I was asked for bank statements again ok fine then assured I would have it sorted today I still haven’t had an email as promised or any money im owed I won this money on 6th. Im literally at my wits end there’s no end in site this site is the worst I’ve ever used please Genesis put my money in my account an let me close this account an walk away it’s my money your holding on to its really not fair an in my opinion illegal !!! Haha it gets better so today I have been very vocal with Genesis regarding this unjust an unfair holding back of funds and delay tactics used to keep fobbing customers off I went to log into my account an hour ago to see where my money was at an guess what apparently I have self excluded myself, of course I have what before I get my £1400 payment from you wow they make the rules up as they go along. Genesis please tell me where my funds are ?? Once they are in my bank account I will happily walk away from your casino.
