I recently visited Genix Healthcare…
I recently visited Genix Healthcare Dental practice on Anlaby Road Hull, and I honestly couldn’t be more pleased with the care and service I received.
Isobel Campey was absolutely wonderful-so kind , friendly and helpful throughout my visit . She made me feel very comfortable and was always happy to help . All the staff were friendly, welcoming and professional, which made the whole experience much easier.
I would also like to give a special mention to DR Abdul Khaliq, who was excellent. He was extremely friendly and, professional and reassuring, and I felt I was in very capable hands throughout my treatment.
A big thank you to Isobel , Abdul and the whole team at the Anlaby Road branch . It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a friendly professional dental practice.

Exceptional experience
I am not a fan of the Dentist. Charlie Neal was exceptional. Made me feel really comfortable and was clearly extremely knowledgeable. The rest of the staff I met were also really friendly.
I would highly recommend this practice.

I visited Liverpool Rd Dentist in Stoke…
I visited Liverpool Rd Dentist in Stoke Staffs twice this week. Once for a check up and 2 fillings and once for an extraction.
The care I received from the girls on the reception, the dentist herself and the dental nurse in the room was second to none.
All the staff are friendly, pleasant, kind, understanding, professional and all give the best service they could ever give in every area.

First class experience
From the reception staff, the nurses/assistants to the dentists themselves, all were polite friendly and very professional. A lot of people dread going to the dentist for various reasons, but they made the experience as good as it can be and I for one appreciate the effort they put in to make it that way.

Finally got to speak to the manager…
Finally got to speak to the manager after 2 weeks Fiona she was on annual leave not her fault I asked why they don't have a number 2 like a supervisor while she is away no one underneath her which is strange. Told her the issues from my first and last visit at the practice excuses were made by her to cover up incompetence from start booking in to seeing dentist to leaving worst experience I ever had at a dentist and it was my first time there I never leave any reviews but people need to know such as dentist I saw told me one thing so my regular dentist after at Park View dental who is excellent by the way and actually treated me without saying he couldn't do anything and that I needed to go private and get a gum graft all contradicting information given and informed Fiona of everything just excuses made to cover everything up to end the call I said remove my details as will never go there again one time was enough.

The reception staff were bright, welcoming and friendly. I registered my details on an ipad, and was seen for my appointment with Dr. Siddiq Yousufi almost immediately after filling in the form. Both Dr. Siddiq and his assistant were friendly and Dr. Siddiq put me at ease and was very professional. I can't thank Genix enough for taking me on as an NHS patient. It has eased my mind.
