I've been following the Genopalate information since joining up, and I love learning about the actions of foods and how my diet can be improved with the recommended changes. Already just a few variations in what I eat have helped my energy levels. It's also helpful to see the recipes included to incorporate my recommended foods. I'm really expecting more great things in the new year when I can cook more.

The information is interesting and somewhat helpful. I ordered the personalized supplements and it's nice to no longer have to figure out what to take. But overall, I am still confused and challenged about how to really use the food recommendations in my daily life. It's not as practical and straight forward as I was expecting.

GenoPalate provided food for thought (no pun intended) about my eating choices and general health. It is nice to have guidelines that come with explanations. Uploading my Ancestry info was easy and I got my results in one day. Highly recommended.

This is a useful tool for nutritionally dense foods that suit your biochemistry. The free meeting to learn about how to interpret results gave me even more insight. I'm still uncertain about the ranges of macronutrients. They seemed a bit broad and vague. GenoPalate is interesting, and I look forward to seeing the service evolve.

I really like the personal support that is available from Genopalate. The facebook website is an excellent way to keep in touch with other people, get some good advise from their dietician and yummy recipes to share.
I was pleased with my DNA report; I am slowly including the foods recommended. Would highly recommend Genopalate to others.

Genopalate opened up some decent insights on what and how I should eat.

I enjoyed the resources and tools for my body type that Genoplate gave me . I know what type of foods benefit my body and the amounts to eat. This is a fantastic resource for those looking for answers outside of just weight loss but lifestyle and health changes.

Great support and a wonderful network for questions. I am personally struggling with how to incorporate the data but the tools are available whenever I do request help and guidance.

The report was so helpful. I go back to it often to check on recommended foods. The report is with me every where i go. Its on my PC and on my mobile.

The information presented was informative and insightful though it felt a bit generic, but maybe I am just an average person when it comes to my DNA. What was particularly helpful, however, was the follow up details on how to best implement my GenoPalate plan.

Most accurate DNA health analysis I've done. Also, GenoPalate had the easiest information to "digest" (do you like the pun?) Seriously, though. I paid for all the DNA results for comparison and GenoPalate was by far my favorite.

A lot of the food they recommended for my genotype was food I don't like to eat so I found this odd. Some of the food I do already eat. I was hoping for more of a selection of food than I received. I was also hoping to see areas where I might be deficient that maybe I should eat more of a certain kind of food, but didn't see that either.

I liked the idea of this but I didn't feel like it provided me with very specific or actionable information for the price. I told them so, once I got my results, and they said they could not give me any money back because I had already received and read them. So don't expect any kind of guarantee or customer service if you aren't satisfied.

So let me just say, this totally exceeded my expectations. They didn’t just give me my results and send me on my merry way trying to fumble through the information they gave me, which is a big deal. They helped explain everything and let me ask questions ; they added me to a Facebook group where, guess what, I could ask questions.

Just a great experience, really. Informative and such. I give it a 10/10.

What a total and expensive disappointment! My recommendations are funny! Eel, Mackerel, Turnip greens, Collard greens, Red bell peppers, Jalopeno peppers! Really! I went on the 45 minute webinar for help and that was a waste of time too!

Madeline did a great job walking us through the website, explaining how our results were calculated, and emphasizing that there’s more to our health, bodies, and nutrition than “statistically probable” best foods.
I’m definitely satisfied, if not overly impressed, with the experience. Thanks again!
