I placed Order #37744 with GenshinAccount, but the account I received was not as described.

The listing promised:

100,000+ Astrite
140+ Lustrous Tide
52+ Radiant Tide
20+ Forging Tide

However, the account I received only had:

82,002 Astrite
19 Radiant Tide
0 Forging Tide

This is significantly different from what I paid for, and the actual value of the account is far lower than advertised.

I contacted their support requesting a refund, but I have not received any response.

At this point, I am requesting a full refund. If the issue is not resolved, I will proceed with a chargeback and consider further action.

I do not recommend this seller due to misleading descriptions and lack of customer support.

⚠️ Warning – Misleading account and inaccurate description

I purchased a Genshin Impact account from this website.

What was advertised:

- Female (Lumine)
- 85,500 primogems
- 126 standard wishes and 64 limited banner wishes

What I actually received:

- Male character (Aether)
- Around 48,000 primogems
- About 110 standard wishes and 60 limited banner wishes

This is not a small difference, but a completely different product than advertised.

Customer support was very slow and only responded after the account was used, refusing to provide a proper solution.

Because the account was not suitable, I had to sell it at a loss.

Be careful before buying from this site.

I bought many accounts from them, from crk, pjsk, Genshin and wuwa but now when I log into my accounts I bought they say they don't work even when I have everything correct. They refused to give me a refund so I let it be.. Not long after I bought a Genshin reroll for about 50 USD, and when I gave it a few days and then tried (because they said of the moderation or smth) it still didn't work, waited for 5 months the account info still doesn't work. I contacted them again and they just told me to give it more time and refused to refund again. Terrible experience, the only account that works for me now is the pjsk account, other than that don't buy from them cause it's VERY risky.

BUYER BEWARE! I bought their most expensive account for the game Wuthering Waves with what they said had 100,000+ astrite (the summoning currency) and it came with 46,000. I got a $3 account after paying $60. they have not replied to any of my emails and now im forced to do a chargeback with my bank!

A picture would have been more expressive than words, but the experience was and is excellent.

I bought a limbus company from them and have yet to receive an actual account. I can't tell if they are scamming me or don't care to help a first time customer access the item they purchased. I do NOT recommend the store for anything.

This company is utter garbage. Believe me or not—it’s up to you if you want to waste your money.

I bought three accounts from this company, each for a different game.

None of the three accounts were as advertised, and one of them didn’t even include any of the characters listed in the description.

Their customer support is terrible. It’s been two days, and they still haven’t replied to my email or my live chat inquiry.

Hell I even tried joining the discord in hopes of spamming one of the mods to actually do something about the accounts

But alas the discord is useless too.

Do I recommend this company? I would rather eat garbage than buy from them ever again.

Should you buy something? It's up to you. If you want to look like an idiot and waste your money then go for it

to me the service is really fast and easy, i don't order anything besides reroll accounts but i never had any problems with them ever since i started ordering them^^_^ , no day long delays or any issues with the delivery. it comes immediately a few seconds or minutes after buying, which is pretty good ! i don't have any negative experience or feedback to say about it, it's a website that i can trust and a website that's very efficient and reliable.

Scam, pure scam

When I bought an account for raid shadow legends I received all the login information right away definitely recommend

I bought a Neuvillette + Signature account they gave me a totally different account, tried to live chat, email, discord them and got no response was totally scammed, people beware they are a scam, i will try to chargeback my purchase with bank as i have proof of their wrongdoing.
