I inadvertently ordered too many packs. On contacting Gentle Patches and Inde at the company, who did everything possible to correct my mistake. They managed to cancel my order and hopefully my credit card will be refunded in the next few days. I am so grateful and very relieved. I would like one packet, perhaps I can order by direct phone call?

Don’t try returning anything

Support staff were extremely helpful & supportive. My first order was lost by courier, but support reordered immediately, tracking supplied and my replacement was delivered within days.

I had an issue with billing and happy to note, resolved very quickly. Customer service/support is impeccable.

I ordered the product after reading a good review and waited 3weeks with no response whatsoever. I then did more research and decided I had waited long enough so I asked to cancel. I was told the order had just shipped but I insisted on canceling. It took 2 more weeks of offering half cancelations and still no receipt of order before I was finally cancelled. But they were very polite.

The worst company to deal with. I canceled my order and they still sent a new monthly supply. Rather than make a return and refund easy they stilll try to push the product on you.

I was concerned after finding out this was an international company that there would be tariffs involved with the shipping. I sent an email explaining that if there were tariffs, I would be refusing the package and requesting the refund. I was greeted with total kindness and understanding by everyone that communicated with me. They continued to communicate with me until I received the package just to let me know they understood and were there if I needed them. It turned out, I received my product tariff free!

Started wearing these at night instead of morning and skin irritation vanished completely. The backing peels away cleanly without leaving residue, and reordering through the app took maybe thirty seconds. Performance improved once I matched application timing to my natural rhythm.

I HAVE TRIED 8 TIMES TO CANCEL MY ORDER. I AM ALLERGIC TO THESE PATCHES, I TRY TO CANCEL ORDERS AND THEY CONTINUE; TO IGNORE ME. THESE DO NO GOOD...AND IN MY CASE, DO HARM. HOW DO I STOP THIS SCAM FROM PERPETUATING. HOW DO THEY KEEP CHARGING ME AFTER MY MANY LOUD SCREAMS TO STOP THEM?

Could I give less than one star I would. I had a reaction to these patches that included redness at the site of each patch and by day 4 intense itching on my shoulders and back. I requested a refund and was told that I could only apply for a discount if the packages was unopened. WHAT??? How could I have reported a problem w the patch if I hadn’t used it?Ridiculous! Buyer beware. Their guarantee is worthless.

I ordered patches for $25.00 when confirmation was emailed to me I had actually paid $207.84 I immediately tried to cancel the order but no success
I called the office and spoke to a robot and have sent numerous emails and I've had no response

So far, I am experiencing reduced hunger levels. Too soon to discuss results.

Not noticed any difference and was signed up to a subscription without my permission!

BEWARE!!!!this company took £138:81 out of my account and I only ordered 1 box for the price of £11:97 ....they said I had ordered 9 boxes ...why would I order that much without trying them first ,plus I have a medical condition so I wanted to make sure I had no reaction hence why I ordered 1 box.....the fraud team are now involved

Waste of time. Did not decrease appetite nor did I lose weight. I didn't realise it was an automatic subscription so received another month. I emailed to cancel going forward as they did not work and they offered me a discount!

A complete waste of money. Tried for 2 months now, still same appetite and actually put weight on. Feel such an idiot for believing the hype.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY: they put a deduction through my bank account without me placing an order. Basically, I placed an initial order to try these patches but they didn't agree with me and I did not order any more. Then, out of the blue, another deduction went through my bank account and I was advised that another packet had been sent to me. I contacted them immediately (7th April 2026) and they said I could return the item for a refund; BUT that I would have to cover the return postage costs AND a £ 5 "re-stocking" fee .... even though I did not order this nor sign on for a subscription, and they had sent me more unasked for in any way. I have been liaising with them since then, that the error in sending more out is theirs, and they should therefore cover the return postage.

There were minor glitches initially with my order but those issues were resolved quickly. I look forward to using this product and sure hope it helps!

Skeptical about the price until I calculated the cost per wear over a month. Each patch lasts longer than I anticipated and that changes the math considerably.
