I’m afraid I am not convinced my Ralph…
I’m afraid I am not convinced my Ralph loren glasses are genuine, as my friend & I have always bought Ralph loren sunglasses & found them to be of good quality in feel & weight, your glasses are very light flimsy & do not have quality feel, therefor I am very disappointed to have paid this much money for fake glasses.

I did reply personally and quickly to your email, to ask if there was a specific issue, and if so, to offer to assist under the 2-year warranty that you receive by buying an authentic product from an official stockist - which we are for Ralph Lauren and dozens of other brands.
I am unsure as to why you haven't responded to this offer? I can only assume maybe that you have broken your glasses? If you do have a genuine issue, please do reach out as we are happy to help!

My second purchase of O`Neill sunglasses. I bought a pair last month and just purchased another pair as a gift for my son. Once again , excellent prompt service and delivery within a timed slot.
