I enjoyed the product but not the 10 thousand emails they sent me asking to review it.

I believe it is unfair to issue one start review because Trustpilot send you those emails automatically. I will understand if we did a bad job but getting a bad review for an automated system it not the right thing to do.

Great experience as first time shopper
I was hesitant on ordering an exhaust system from GenX as they are relatively unknown. But after reading their reviews, I decided to go for it. I really appreciate that all my emails were responded to in a prompt manner. I ordered the kit on a Thursday night and received it that Saturday afternoon. Fastest I've ever received a car part. You can trust these guys. Will definitely come back.

Installation
Installer was friendly, quoted me a very reasonable price to install Borla Touring exhaust on my ‘19 F150, installer called me halfway during process to say he was having trouble with one side maybe due to another garage leveling my truck, did not look correct when I picked up, one tip was sticking out the rear more than the other and truck dropped on that side in the rear, told me to bring it back in one week for adjustments, picked up later that day, tips were adjusted but still not even, the side that dropped in the rear looks better but still not completely level as before

The issue wasn’t our own making it was the other shop put everything backward and we notified the customer to ask him if we want to put the bolts the right way to ensure the truck is right. The exhaust doesn’t give you enough adjustment to since the manufacturer didn’t expand the piping deep enough to be able to Mach both exhaust tips. We explained to the customer and even show him the why can be match. I emailed the manufacturer to let them know they need to make adjustments for the exhaust kit so installers can be able to match both tips at the bumper.

Better pricing than anyone I could find around. I ordered a Forced Performance turbo and there was a 2 month delay on it but GenX had nothing to do with it.
