I would never ever order from them again! Tried to return an order which I had ordered from them and paid for via quick PayPal chechout. I am unable to create a return ticket, whichever way I try. I e... See more

Terrible quality and even worse customer service
I bought a pair of leather ankle boots (the Giselda) and have never owned a worse quality pair of shoes. I wore them for family photos, for no more than 1.5 hours spent mostly standing and barely moving, and the toes are scuffed to the extent that they are destroyed.
After emailing Geox photos within a week of delivery, I was informed that there is nothing they can do and I cannot return them. They assured me this is an issue of use and not of quality. I beg to differ.
Geox are a scam
Geox sell a product they know is defective, they have admitted this to me in emails. They refuse to disclose why they are okay advertising it when they know it leaks and is not functional as a shoe.
When challenged on defrauding my dad by scamming him with this product their solution was I can buy replacement defective products at only half price. Don't fall for these scam artists.
I spoke with customer service regarding pain from wearing shoes
I spoke with customer service regarding pain on top of foot ticket number 91190891. For myself to receive a refund, I have to provide my bank account and routing numbers. I have requested a check to be mailed or return money to original form of payment. They refuse. I find this company unethical and a scam.
return
I recently purchased a pair of Geox shoes (Ticket #91200813). Unfortunately, we were away on holiday when the delivery arrived, so I only saw the shoes after the return window had closed. They are completely new and unworn.
I asked if I could receive a gift card or store credit instead of a refund, as I’m a loyal Geox customer and regularly shop with you, but my request was refused within minutes with a template reply.
I truly hope Geox can reconsider and demonstrate the customer care that matches the quality of their products.
10 day delivery as not in the UK
Shoes are fine but I did not realise they were being posted all the way from Italy and they took 10 days to arrive. There is no real way of sending them back for an exchange or refund. They need to either set up an operation in the UK or stop selling into the UK from Italy. I run an online business that includes selling shoes, and we do not attempt to ship anywhere outside the UK.
Geox shoes cut my feet
Geox shoes cut my feet, just today one of them started to bleed. Don’t recommend
What a shambles !
My Geox shoes arrived OK but I decided to return and was horrified to read their complicated, guaranteed-to-fail processes. They're obviously not into refunds - or good customer relations. Even to return in a store! Most online retailers let you show up at a store with the right paperwork, printout of order etc. It's record-breaking to read not ONE good review! How I wish I'd read these before I ordered. Should have bought via a UK store like John Lewis. I shall probably donate the shoes to charity and not waste my time even trying for a refund. I shall certainly never buy again.
Failed to dispatch, rude customer service
I bought my daughter school shoes. Five days on, the order hasn’t even been dispatched. A girl from the customer services somewhere in Barcelona told me I had to wait. Are we in the USSR, Geox?
Delivery is too expensive plus takes…
Delivery is too expensive plus takes too long . I ordered shoes and 29th of July and they will be coming on 6th of July only
When you order Geox from John Lewis they arrive next day wothout delivery charge
Will never purchase directly anymore
Exceptionally uncomfortable shoes
Exceptionally uncomfortable shoes. Poor design and no cushion for feet. Bad for posture. Look nice but that’s about all - unwearable due to not being practical
Returns problems
Been trying to return sandals for 5 days. They didn’t email returns label & when I contacted customer care, it takes the a whole day to respond. The instructions are so complicated I decided to return to a store in London. Except you then have to email them to cancel the UPS method, wait for them to cancel it before you can request a new return! Each time it takes them so long to respond. I’ve never dealt with such a difficult return of goods before. I’m never buying from geox again!
Buy instore and NOT online because of returns process
Appalling returns process. My sandals were received at their warehouse 11 days ago but I only found this out because I chased them, they have not actually been processed yet and I will not receive a refund for another two weeks. Dreadful.
The soles on your trainers are going to disintegrate and Geox know this!
The soles on a pair of smart running shoes disintegrated. I contacted Geox and to say the support was abysmal is an understatement. The person who responded (Valeria) was rude, showed no compassion, no understanding and had the audacity to send me the following information:
We inform you that the phenomenon of polyurethane hydrolysis is a well-known occurrence and is not due to poor product quality, but rather to the chemical nature of polyurethane and the conditions in which the footwear is stored and used.
It is a chemical degradation process of polyurethane caused by a reaction with moisture, which leads the sole to become brittle and crumble over time.
This process is not strictly related to wear from use and can be accelerated by environmental factors such as heat, humidity, exposure to water, or poor storage conditions.
This means they are fully aware that the soles are going to disintegrate but continue to use polyurethane anyway.
Is this even legal? I would have thought this renders the shoes unfit for purpose. Training/running shoes that can go anywhere near moisture?
This could have been handled so much better, an apology, some compassion and or understanding, a reassurance that polyurethane won’t be used anymore or confirmation that they have found a way to stabilise it. Anything would have been better than the hard, blunt, uncaring response that was sent.
No refund
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Geox. I ordered a pair of sandals, which were sent to a pickup point. Due to an emergency, I was unable to pick up the package in time, and it was returned to the sender. After that, I ordered a second pair of sandals, which I received. However, I have not received a refund for the first pair. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that UPS indicated I had picked up the sandals, which is not true. I only received the second pair and never collected the first one. I kindly requested many times to investigate this issue and process the refund for the first pair. But nothing has happened
Defective goods and service is almost like being in a war.
Used to buy their products and liked them. Ordered sandals with a strap like velcro. It's a nightmare! The size of the sandals does not correspond, the straps of the sandals have been reduced in length by 2cm, so they are somehow attached to the very edge. The leather is rough and the sole is heavier than the same model I bought 2 years ago. Getting the item back via UPC is a whole lot of abuse. On the third attempt, the box was picked up at the UPC location. It took them a long time to activate the barcodes. According to the rules the money for the product should be returned in a month ! ( why not in a year?) GEOX is very spoilt, and the quality of their goods and their service.
I recently reached out to Geox…
I recently reached out to Geox regarding an issue with one of their products and was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. The responses I received from their customer service team were not only unhelpful, but also came across as dismissive and quite rude. It felt like they had no interest in resolving the problem or even acknowledging my concerns.
A company’s true character shows when something goes wrong, and unfortunately,Geox did not show any care or respect for their customers in my case. I expected basic courtesy and support but received the opposite.
I won’t be purchasing from them again, and I hope they take feedback like this seriously and improve the way they treat people who reach out for help.
3 times and worn out, terrible customer service
We bought shoes for our daughter, she wore them three times the front of sole has worn away. Contacted customer service and their manner and response was completely rude and unprofessional. I've never encountered such terrible and uncaring customer service. They didnt give reasons why and kept trying to fob me off with standard emails. I was really more shocked by them than the shoes. £50 shoes too, not exactly cheap. Never buying this brand again.
Poor quality shoes and ineffective…
Poor quality shoes and ineffective customer care. Having purchased 5+ pairs of Geox over the years I will be buying no more as they are not what they used to be.
Bad practice
Bad practice. SIgned up to get a discount but they increased their online price from £119 to £129!!.
Two Bad Experiences in One Week – Poor Quality and Customer Service
I purchased two pairs of GEOX shoes from their branch in Taj Mall, Amman, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating due to repeated quality issues and disappointing customer service.
The first pair had a clear manufacturing defect in the sole. Despite returning to the store within hours of purchase, they refused to exchange or refund me because I didn’t have the original box. Only after filing an official complaint did I finally receive a refund — and that took far too long.
The second pair was even worse. When I first tried them at home, the left insole was so tight it was impossible to wear comfortably. I took the shoes back to the store, where the manager acknowledged the problem but suggested “stretching” the insole — an unacceptable solution. I requested a full refund and refused an exchange because I have completely lost trust in the product quality.
It’s clear to me that GEOX products sold in this region are inferior to those offered in Europe or America. I urge GEOX to seriously improve their product standards and customer service in the Middle East.
