Paying for a service that is not working.. What happened? website is down and TV service is down..

Normally, I would rate their service 5 star, but its currently down...can someone from the german tv company please let us know if and when the service will be back.

To add to this...if you look at the trust pilot profile, the company has unclaimed their profile. Furthermore, the reason why nobody can get to their servers as that the DNS resolution for these systems has stopped (these systems are no longer known in DNS). Coupled with the fact that phone calls go unanswered, I would believe that the German TV Company is no longer in business...time will tell, I suppose

Are their servers down? I couldn't reach the website last week either but the TV app was working fine. Now the app is prompting for login but nothing works. Hopefully this comes back online soon.

It worked just fine for me I loved it and then all of a sudden it stopped working. The app stopped the website is gone even the phone is just playing music. I already played for this month and now no service.

This is my 3rd year with My German TV and it has been an awesome experience 💯. I use it to maintain (and improve) my German. The cost is beyond reasonable for what you get. Love ❤ love ❤ love MyGermanTV!!!

I absolutely LOVE German TV Company. As a German living in the US, is is an absolute luxury to have access to this service. The channel lineup is awesome, and the fact that one can go as far back as two weeks to watch programs is just fabulous! And should there be the occasional technical issue, Customer Service is FANTASTIC!!! I LOVE this Company!!!

Great Service. My Dad loves watching all the channels. I leave the setting on real time so he can call his friends and watch at the same time they do!! He even gets channels from all over Germany and can watch his Bundesliga.

Running smooth, not like the rest of the competition.

At the moment almost everything is running perfectly, in between voice and mouth movement do not match.

Great customer service, always very helpful and always availble when needed.

I've had the Premium now for about a month and am really enjoying it. I'm not a native German speaker but can understand most of what is said so it is a great learning tool. I am a little hard of hearing so the one thing that would really enhance my enjoyment of the content would be the ability to turn on/off closed captioning. The content is super and the ability to go back to prior shows really makes the time change no problem at all. Love all the Bundesliga content!! I'm very happy but I do hope that closed captioning could be added in the future!

Love being able to watch my German channels here in the US. I subscribed the Premium Channel and had it for 1 month now. So far, I am very happy and makes me feel like I am back in Germany. The selection is awesome. Customer Service is also great. A big 👍 up.

I am German, but living in the states.

For me it’s worth to pay the amount of the premium service. I love the time shift, to go back in time, or to choose from movies. Back in Germany I definitely paid more for TV without all those features.

Issues that I addressed to the messenger, have always been answered patiently. There were sometimes a few technical issues, sometimes caused by myself or errors from the program, but they always have been solved.

Awesome library of new and recent movies to choose from.

Good service. Occasionally problems with accessing service but nothing major that was not resolved by team at German TV Company.

As mentioned in other reviews, the price is high for what you get and the payment methods are very dated.

We enjoy to have a big variety of german tv. It is for sure worth to try . They also have a good costumer service if you need help with any thing. The only down side it is a little Pricey.

Used to be the best company with the best service . I was a loyal member for 3 years and always paid for the yearly subscription . Now I cancelled and will never get the subscription again . 6 months ago they stopped their amazing streams . Now all the channels are very low quality and so pixelated . Every time I spoke to them they said we are working on getting the HD channels back which never happened in 6 months . I moved on and just want to tell people that the quality of channels is horrible and the service is not reliable anymore with a lot of issues . I recommend to people to get the channels with other providers or for free online and save 300 $ us a year
