Poor customer service
I have asked to delay an order as I know I won't be around the whole weekend and the following week. Customer service even asked if I wanted it dispatched on a certain date or delivered. I clarified that I need it dispatched on a certain date. Then they just asked for feedback, and a few days later, I got a notification from Royal Mail that they tried to deliver and will try again on the next business day (Monday), when I won't be home, and I won't be here until Friday, so the medication will be sitting somewhere for over a week in melted ice packs waiting for me to be picked up.

For the second month running my order…
For the second month running my order via subscription has been delayed. It is very disappointing that I don’t have a seamless transition when titrating up the doesn't seem healthy to keep having gaps in treatment month to month. Customer service is poor and despite being told last week my order will be reviewed when I requested the dose change, it is going to be delayed yet again because it has not been processed. I won’t be using them going forward and rather pay more elsewhere for better customer service. I have requested this order now be cancelled and I will use another provider.

no response to complaint - poor customer service
After no response to a lengthy complaint I am forced to leave a negative review.
There was a delay in processing my order and communication was appalling. After 'solving' the problem once via the live chat my order was then in fact delayed further and communication was again poor. Eventually spoke to someone on the phone who said there was no reason for my order to be delayed and resent it again.
Delivery was efficient when it was finally processed.
Overall very disappointed in customer service and process.

Filling out the sign up form was fine…
Filling out the sign up form was fine and I uploaded my documents just fine and then received a lot of calls about uploading those documents again and again which I did. Very clear. Subscription started fine but delivery got sketchy, then I couldn’t login to my portal any longer, can’t submit any support requests because it says I need to verify my email which I’ve done multiple times. Also randomly cancelled my ongoing subscription discount with no warning and took extra money which I have not gotten back. They also started adding £19 ONTOP randomly for delivery which then would always be late. Poor customer service department.
