I had an issue with my order not…
I had an issue with my order not arriving but once I contacted the company via email it turns out I needed to fill in a questionnaire about my weight and if I had any side effects. For some reason I never got the message so my order could not be processed. Very quick fix once I got the message and I was dealt with as a priority. Delivered in 24hrs. Have to say I was impressed with the customer service I received and I'm happy to stay with the company

Placed an order, royal mail didn’t deliver the package, so I contact customer support for a refund or a resend. They said they’re unable to issue a refund as the medicine is now unusable. I’m now £240 out of pocket! Even threaten me with pharmacy law that it cannot be resent, checked online and there wasn’t anything about it. Please buy from other brands. Normal queries takes half a day for them to reply, they claim they have lack of staff, but then they reply to delivery issues emails and rejects immediately. Never seen such an unresponsible company.

Following review, the order was dispatched using the delivery address entered and approved at checkout. Unfortunately, the apartment/flat number was missing from the address provided, which prevented Royal Mail from completing delivery successfully.
As a regulated provider of prescription medication, it is extremely important that delivery details are entered correctly at the point of ordering to help avoid failed deliveries and returned medication.
Due to medication safety and storage regulations, prescription medication which has entered the courier network and is subsequently returned cannot legally or safely be re-dispensed or resent. This is in line with cold-chain handling and pharmacy regulations designed to protect patient safety.
We do understand this situation has been frustrating and disappointing, particularly given the importance of treatment continuity, and we are sorry for the experience you have had.

Long waiting period for delivery
From taking the payment out of my account I wait for a health questionnaire which sometimes arrives. And then it takes a couple of weeks to dispatch the medication.

Terrible experience with Get A Drip.
My prescription medication (Mounjaro) was never delivered to me due to a Royal Mail delivery issue. The tracking still showed the parcel in transit for 4 days, yet Get A Drip refused BOTH a refund and a replacement.
They took my money, but I never received any medication at all. This is an important and urgent prescription treatment for me, and the company offered absolutely no reasonable solution or customer care.
I understand medication policies, but from a customer perspective, charging someone for medication they never received and refusing to help is completely unacceptable and possibly against UK consumer rights.
Very disappointing customer service. I would strongly advise others to be careful before ordering from this company.
