Great ticket price and very short wait…

Great ticket price and very short wait to speak to an advisor about a small glitch on my eTicket. Charles was very helpful, fixed the issue, and helped me book seats.

So far, very happy with the service with Getaflight!

Travis was amazing and helped with my…

Travis was amazing and helped with my booking. Also sorted out my seat and meal request. Phoned me back regarding some changes that were made to my flight and was so helpful with the whole process.This was the first time that we have used this site to book and will definitely book again the service was outstanding.

Polite and helpful service from Russel

Polite and helpful service. Russel helped me book my seats for a return flight. I had a few questions and Russel had all the answers and good advice, very polite and friendly to talk to.

Very pleased with my experience. Especially on a Sunday!

It was easy to reach customer service…

It was easy to reach customer service and Russell did a great job of working through my request, following up and helping resolve issues. It did take just a little longer to get pricing than I had hoped but it was overall a very smooth process and Russell was very helpful and professional.

Very poor

Very poor. I was warned about these websites. They secure initial booking at lower price and then send an email- Booking not confirmed. Money not taken. Then you call them and they quote a higher price. DO NOT FALL FOR THESE PRICES THAT YOU SEE ON SKYSCANNER AGAINST THEM. Go for reputable providers like Booking.com. They will.slightly higher but still less than these.
