Everything has been great
Everything has been great! I've bought 3 watches recently and each has gone very well. I had a little anxiety during the process the first time but the updates along the way are very helpful. This time was the first purchase that wasn't an auction. It was extremely easy!

Took a while but would do it again 100%
The whole process took a little longer than I was expecting. About 9 business days, which is nerve racking when making a large purchase of this nature. But the concierge team was extremely professional and responsive. The watch arrived just as expected after a multiple day authentication and I immediately took the watch to my local AD for a final look and everything was extremely trust worthy and legit. I would definitely use them again
