After the sale is where the magic starts.…
I feel for anything it would just be an auction website. I wasn’t expecting very much. I have purchased from other sites before as well however, it’s the after purchase is where I really seen the difference. The authentication paperwork in the portfolio, including the receipt. The watch was wound and set to the proper time and date was unexpected. It was nice to be able to pull the watch and wear it.

The prices listed are dishonest. Not a real auction
The prices listed are dishonest. They are alleged "starting bids" on what are, l believe, sham auction prices in the sense that there are 'non-disclosed max bids' allegedly submitted by others. I asked about this "simultaneous overbid" and was specifically told " there must be someonevwith a max bid higher than yours so the system generates an overbid" request. However, this bid is completely non-disclosed, SO HOW CAN THIS BE AN AUCTION IF YOU ARE BIDDING AGAINST A BID YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT? B.S. Everytime l bid on any watch, there was an overbid at exactly the same time/moment for more money, no matter what l bid, requesting l raise my bid. Therefore, the system is clearly "rigged" in the sense that there are hidden bids which l believe to be reserves, where you are bidding against a 'non-disclosed reserve' or company faux bid, designed only to get you to bid over the reserve. One look at ther "past auction sale prices" will disclose that the auction creates basically retail prices for all the watches, including non-reserve sales. There are zero auction "deals". These are retail market prices. What's worse, they advertise watches on the net at the "starting auction prices" to get you to look at their site. PATHETIC. DON'T FALL FOR THIS AND WASTE YOUR TIME. No BUENO FOLKS.

Thanks for submitting feedback on our auction product, we take things like this very seriously! I'd like to apologize for the confusion and I'm more than happy to clear up any concerns here.
I'd like to very much assure you that the system is not rigged and the information you received from your Bezel Concierge is correct. The reason your bid was quickly outbid is because there was another max bid already placed higher than your bid. The max bid functionality is designed to allow users to set their max willingness to bid and rely on the system to automatically keep them in the lead (up until the max price they set), without needing to manually bid incrementally. This allows a user to step away from the auction and focus on whatever else they need to focus on that day, knowing that the system will intelligently bid for them. We do not expose these max bids to other users because the goal of a max bid is to win the auction for that user for the best possible price, up to the price they set as their max.
This is a convenience offered to bidders by every major auction house and a table stakes feature for a modern auction product.
It sounds like we need to do a better job explaining what max bids are in the product, so I've passed that feedback on to our product & engineering teams!

David is great. Sellers suck
David, the concierge that’s been helping me has been great. Unfortunately this rating is a reflection of the marketplace and not him. I’ve placed three orders in th last month that all ended up cancelled due to seller issue. Two were no longer in stock by the seller and one shipped to bezel without the advertised box and papers. Very frustrating experience.

These guys are great and understanding. When I buy watches, I feel secure and safe. I like that they are super easy to contact Monday through Friday and they are flexible with delivery. They work very hard to please the customer and it does feel like a concierge service.

The concierge team of Carlos and Jack really made sure the process went smoothly and kept me informed along the way. Very good overall experience - straightforward purchase, shipping, etc. The only reason for not providing 5 stars is that the watch was advertised as coming with "papers & box" which I assumed was original; both the papers and the travel case were Bezel products, not original OEM.
