The whole purchase process is very transparent and the concierges are with you all the way. If anything is wrong with the watch and they identify it, they give you a range of options, including cancellation of your purchase. That gives lots of confidence in the whole purchase experience.

Overall good experiece. Product and Authentication process went well. Concierge got confused when I tried to change payment method and, at the end, the original method was charged.

What made it great is I won the auction at a price I am happy with. The watch came in as advertised, in very good shape. One thing that was a little annoying was the continuous 2 minute extensions to the bid time, it was not something I was aware of.
