Easy to bid and purchase. I like that it gets authenticated. What I didn’t like was that I purchased and paid for two watches, but when I went to purchase a 3rd, it was flagged as fraudulent. They wanted to call; ok, no big deal. Even after speaking to them on the phone and verifying everything was legit, the sale was still determined fraudulent and cancelled. Not sure how their system works, but that is not a way to gain loyalty.

The most important thing to me when purchasing watches is the ability to validate quality and authenticity. Bezel provides expert review of their listed items and puts hands on every piece before it is delivered to its new owner. I’ve had more than one piece returned after bezel’s team put hands on it and put it through their quality checks. The fact that they would rather cancel a trade then allow a piece to go out that doesn’t meet their standard is exactly the mindset you want. They’ve earned my trust many times over.

The user experience and platform was easy to use and intuitive. The process was easy etc. I liked how I could track the progress of order after I won auction.

The only negative for me were all the costs on top of my auction amount. I was surprised with the credit card fee, high shipping cost and taxes. I knew they’d all be in there but it was just a surprise after I won the auction. If that could be more transparent through the bidding to give you an idea of “total cost” that would have been best.

Yeah f. U. C. K. bezel I don’t trust them. And they lied and stole 600$ from me said the item was shipped and I accept and then returned the item. I requested my despute to be elevated to a manager customer service sucked that’s why o don’t trust u all I will be sure to leave my reviews everywhere so people can seee bezel is not the company to go with. Do eBay instead

II acquired an Omega timepiece for $6,000. Unfortunately, the bezel sections are misaligned, making it glaringly obvious that the watch is counterfeit. Despite the company's claims, their technicians insist that it is authentic. Please be advised that they only offer store credit, not refunds. I am hesitant to make any future purchases from them.

Downloaded the app after a long review process of the many online luxury watch sellers. The app is very easy to use and intuitive.

I made an initial offer that was accepted by the seller but failed the authentication process. The concierge reached out to me immediately to discuss the discrepancies found and I was given the opportunity to decline which I did. I then made another offer on another watch which was accepted and the watch this time passed the authentication process. The concierge (Carlos) was in constant contact throughout the process and has answered questions post purchase which is nice post sale as that doesn’t always happen with some resellers/retailers once the money has been exchanged. Overall just a great experience and I will be purchasing again from Bezel. Great platform, fantastic customer service and fast service from offer to receiving the watch.

First time using Bezel I was a little spectacle at first because I wasn’t sure if the watch that I was purchasing was going to be real in decent working condition and overall had low expectations. I won the watch that I always wanted in an auction and was very impressed with the process. I was super happy when I receive my watch because it offer exceeded my expectations. The watch I want in the auction was a seven-year-old watch and he looked brand new with box and papers just like it’s said. I’m already looking for my next watch.!
