I had a unusual technical issue that did not allow me to link my account to current account. When I explained to customer service rep, Rikki she was very helpful in putting me at ease and although the issue was not resolved for 24 hrs, Rikki did make the required transfer to my account immediately and therefore put my mind at ease. The service she provided was professional, informed, patient, empathetic and clear in her guidance. I was so impressed I have written this review, well done Rikki, you are a credit to yourself, your team and Chip.

Chip offers a great flexible cash ISA. Customer service agents are professional, attentive and friendly.

Generally the app is not too bad for earning some tax free ISA interest by using their stocks and shares ISA's.
My beef is it takes far too long for CHIP to send the money to your bank, on average, 3 -4 days.
I regularly send money to Australia which usually takes less than 24 hours to get to the other side of the world.
Why therefore does it take so long for my money to get to a UK bank account from their UK account?
Earning money from the interest while having the money in their account rather than mine is the likely answer but they are not going to own up to that.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service. I deal with attendants all day long, and this experience was truly impeccable. My issue was resolved quickly, and the representative who assisted me was both friendly and efficient. Was not sure if his name could be mentioned here or not....

Perfect customer service from Chip . I suspected that my account may be compromised , I contacted Chip by email , they replied promptly and reassured me that my funds were safe . My account was temporarily blocked while I investigated . When I was ready my account was recovered immediately . Thank you Chip.
