Perfect customer service from Chip . I suspected that my account may be compromised , I contacted Chip by email , they replied promptly and reassured me that my funds were safe . My husband introduce me to Chip account. Recently, I encountered a problem connecting my bank. It took quite awhile before I received the verification code. Then it all came it at the same time. Problems relinking chip to my own bank
Just one email to chip regarding a problem i had trying to relink my account with my bank and within a few minutes i recieved a reply stating that it would be forwarded to an agent . within another few minutes i recieved another email from the agent ( Ben) who gave me instructions as to what steps i needed to do to sort it. Ten minutes later i had completed the relinking and emailed Ben to thank him . Now thats what i call efficient .
