Perfect customer service from Chip

Perfect customer service from Chip . I suspected that my account may be compromised , I contacted Chip by email , they replied promptly and reassured me that my funds were safe . My account was temporarily blocked while I investigated . When I was ready my account was recovered immediately . Thank you Chip.

Trust, reliability and resolution is key

My husband introduce me to Chip account. Recently, I encountered a problem connecting my bank. It took quite awhile before I received the verification code. Then it all came it at the same time. Bank account linked reconnected. But before that, the Chip team was there to ensure that if I need money they will assist. And they did! Thank you.

Problems relinking chip to my own bank

Just one email to chip regarding a problem i had trying to relink my account with my bank and within a few minutes i recieved a reply stating that it would be forwarded to an agent . within another few minutes i recieved another email from the agent ( Ben) who gave me instructions as to what steps i needed to do to sort it. Ten minutes later i had completed the relinking and emailed Ben to thank him . Now thats what i call efficient .

Name change

I needed to change my surname on the account, this was dealt with very quickly after sending photos of the original documents which makes the process hassle free. I was very impressed with the communication through online message, with clear instructions on what to do. Thank you

Prompt & detailed reply but no solution really provided this means that as things stand I can't pay into my investment account as it doesn't accept any means of payment other than fast payment via open banking.
Shame costs me money and Chip a missed investment opportunity
