I use the app on my iPad and I do not think it is misconfigured for this kind of device. The app opens in small window and it is not easy to use.
The second thing I would like to mention about is no option to edit layout of the invoices.

Coconut is Fantastic
Coconut is Fantastic! I was a little but sceptical before I got it but now absolutely love it. Makes tracking all my business expenses and sending invoice’s so easy and it’s all in 1 spot! This saves me running multiple Excel spreadsheets and staying on top of my clients! For the price you pay I would highly recommend this product!

Very pleased with facilities, it’s making life much easier. Only little niggle is the name, Coconut, on the invoicing. I’ve had several customers ask if it’s genuine as it’s a strange name to use.

Coconut is great and I highly recommend it!
The Coconut app and website has been, and continues to be, a very sophisticated and easy-to-use tool for all my bookkeeping needs. I highly recommend it to anyone who is after a clean and modern user interface that is easy to understand. For £9.00 per month, after the one month free trial, it's the best bookkeeping software I have come across and is worth every penny. You should definitely try it out.

I’ve been looking for a product like this for a while now. You can scan your receipts link it to your bank account. Works out what your due in tax and helps you to complete re your tax return. A great product for anyone looking to keep your financials up to date.

After finding coconut 3 years ago I've had little or no need to contact support and when I have they quickly resolve my issue. The app does what it says on the tin and all that is needed. I just fill my self assessment in a wait for my overpayment.
Oh and that Richard Bristow guy gives everyone one star on his profile. Looks like a troll to me.

Coconut are truly a waste of space
Coconut are truly a waste of space! Looks like I had a bit of luck that the guy who was supposed to be arranging a demo of the MTD software is also a waste of space. - no call back, did not turn up for on line appointment etc. Judging from the online reports the business and its staff are useless, it was certainly my experience!!!
Since posting this review we have had a fulsome apology from Coconut, that was appreciated but it was too late we have placed our 300 plus clients, elsewhere. Sorry Coconut, no cigar!
