Was a little hesitate after I realize where it was being shipped from for the time frame I needed it BUT..it came just in time with the product in tacked and works so far so good :)

Custom sign looks great. Just as requested and made it in time for Christmas. Amazingly, ordered it two weeks prior.

If I had any questions they were quick to provide information. the quality of the sign is great and I love that they provide a very good battery operated option. The custom design process had quick feedback from the vendor. The LED neon sign is a much more reliable and friendly product the traditional neon signs. The sign is so incredibly bright, I had to turn down the brightness using the remote that came with it. Fantastic vendor, fantastic product, fantastic experience.

Was so surprised on how fast our sign came, we needed it urgently and it got to us in Tennessee in one week! Worked out so great at our influencer workout event, everyone loved it and was the main area for pictures!

After purchasing my sign i immediately became wary that I'd made a terrible error in judgement when I saw the shipping information that it was coming from China. Found myself on this review page, and the only reviews at the time were that it's a scam. Went back to the website and came across several typos, and a blog posts section that had over 10+ posts all made in the same day. I panicked for 6 days and then I got it in the mail. Exactly what I ordered. In working order. With all the equipment promised. And a week ago, they followed up with me to check that everything is in working order.

We've gotten compliment after compliment about it, and I'm having trouble reconciling the quality of the site with the quality of the product. Some companies truly just don't have great websites.i can't say it's not a scam because I can't speak to other people's experiences. But for me, everything went down legitimately. If you're on the Western hemisphere, you're gonna get responses later at night. Make sure to respond then because that's when they're actively in business hours. Maybe that will make the difference.

I have bought several large signs from this company. My second sign was not functioning properly & the quickly sent a replacement. This sign suddenly lost function in a few letters. I was super thrilled they honored their warranty. I have full confidence in this company and will buy more as I need. The quality is gorgeous.

THIS IS A SCAM.....Do not trust this site. The number listed is never answered and emails are not returned. Even the "Live Chat" doesn't work.

terrible company. they take your money for a custom large neon sign but will ship some random pre-made one, half the time they ignore the emails.

AVOID THEM!!!
