I ordered a bra on 27 April
and it didn’t arrive until 8 May. Their returns policy says Returns have to be made within 14 days of ordering. It took 11 of those days for them
to send my order!
On Sunday 10 May, I used their message facility to request a return (as advised by their support) and I also took the opportunity to complain about the delivery time and the bra which didn’t fit. There was no indication of the bra size on either it or the attached labels. So how is anyone to know what size they sent?
After sending the completed form, a message said I could expect to receive a reply within 48 hours. It is now over 70 hours and I still haven’t received a reply. There is no way I can return the bra now within the specified 14 days!
This company is a scam. AVOID at all costs. I will fight tooth and nail to get my money back.

My experience began when purchasing from the website on March 10th... somewhere in the neighborhood of $200 worth of merchandise (bras and a bathing suit in 2 different orders) for my wife who's birthday was coming up.
Upon attempting to return the items, the response from "Renebeth" I received was as follows.

We completely understand, especially since the items were a birthday gift for your wife. We’re sorry to hear that they didn’t fit as expected, and we appreciate you taking the time to contact us.
To be fully transparent, we’re able to assist with the return for Order #******. However, for Order #******, it has already passed the 14-day return window period. As much as we would love to make an exception, we do need to strictly follow our system and return policy.
We truly appreciate your understanding, {name}, and we’re here to help guide you through the return process for the eligible order. Please feel free to let us know if you’d like assistance with the next steps.

After SEVERAL back-and-forth correspondence via email with "Renebeth", the point reached was that 1 order I had (bras) was past the 14 day return window and 1 order (bathing suit) was still eligible. When moving forward with the return process, the following was what I received:
>Thank you for completing our Exchange & Return Form. We understand you don’t wish to try Cherries again, and we want to make this process as smooth as possible for you.
Since we don’t yet have a return warehouse close to your location, sending items back can be quite costly — return shipping labels usually range from $20–35 USD, and the full return process can take around 14–20 days from shipping to completed refund.
To save you the hassle and expense, we can offer you two alternatives to choose from:
Store Credit for the full value of your purchase, which you can use anytime in the future. You might even consider gifting the bras to a friend or family member and keeping the value to spend on yourself later.
OR
A 20% refund on your entire order, without the need to return the products. You can gift the items to someone else who might enjoy them, while still receiving partial compensation from us.
👉 Please let us know which option you’d like to proceed with. If you’d still prefer to return your order to us, just let us know and we’ll provide the return instructions.

Since my original purchase, it's been nearly 2 months with NO refund being issued and NO store credit being given.

AGAIN, I WRITE ALL THIS, not because I want something from Cherries (if $200 is the price of their integrity, then so be it), BUT TO PREVENT OTHERS FROM FALLING INTO THE SAME POSSIBLE SCAM.
IMO, it's only a matter of time before they run across the wrong customer and are faced with a lawsuit... but personally, I just don't have time for pursuing small claims court. For anyone who has had the same experience as myself, know that you can file a 'chargeback claim' with your credit card company.
All that said, be warned... and proceed at your own risk & discretion.

I ordered the first time with get cherries and I am pleasantly surprised. Both bra’s looked nice - one of them fit just perfectly (even though I have a very small size) and the other one was a little too big. The support and service team responded very fast to my complain and helped me without hesitation to get the right fit.
The one thing I think could be improved is to be a little more sustainable on the packaging.
I would definitely shop again on their website and I think it is amazing that they can make small sizes look so good. Thanks for that!

Ive always struggled to find bras that fit right. Cherries is the first bra that I found was comfortable and nice looking too. The first bra I ordered was too small but the support team responded quickly and resolved it quickly for me

I've been loyal to VS bras for 20+ years, but lately have been very disappointed about the way their bras now fit. Found Cherries and gave it a try. The fit is amazing, no gaps like advertised! Looks great and feels great! Customer service was fast and helpful when my first bra was the incorrect size.This is now the only bra company I will buy from!

Really good experience with Cherries overall! I was super excited to try as a life long member of the itty bitty titty committee and it did not disappoint! I ordered the size recommended, but it ended up being just a tad small. I contacted customer service to exchange for the right size. They responded quickly, clearly, and promptly, which made the exchange easy and painless. The overall communication was smooth in that you speak with the same representative from start to finish and they check in with you each step of the way to ensure you're happy with their service and product. Now for the bra! It definitely does what it's advertised to! Still a member of the itty bitty titty committee, but don't look like it -- hahaha! Will be grabbing more in the future as I need more!

I ordered the t-shirt bra which was very comfortable and fitted great . First time in a long time I've found a bra that fitted so well and also gave me some cleavage . I then ordered a bikini which didn't fit so well, it was slightly too big for me . I couldn't have asked for better customer service, they were so helpful, replaced the bikini for the right size & told me to keep the bigger one to pass onto someone it would fit. Overall a great experience,& great products , definitely a 5* from me

This company's customer service and return policy is terrible. I ordered 5 bras during a promotion and spent over $100. I followed all their guidelines for sizing and ordered what was recommended. It was my usual size anyways so I felt confident the fit would be correct. The bras were soft and seemed good quality but absolutely too big. I reached out to customer service. They asked for some more information to recommend a different size or style. When the got back to me, they said they had no options for me. I asked to return the items which they replied saying I could take a 20% refund and gift the bras to a friend. They tried to convince me that this was a better option than returning the items for a full refund because I would have to pay shipping to send it back. I asked to return anyways for the full refund. Their shipping address is close to me so I knew shipping would not be much. It took a week to get to them via mail which I had confirmation it was received via the tracking number. Another week went by and I heard nothing. I reached out to customer service and they said they were "diligently working on it". Another week went by, so now 3 weeks since I shipped it, and I reached out again. This time the customer service agent ignored me and stopped responding to any emails to get an update on my return.
I have now filed a claim with a my bank to have the money returned to me and we will see where that goes. Terrible company and they should be ashamed to operate this way.

The bras really are great for small-chested women. The customer service is great. I knocked off a star (and would do 3.5 if that was an option) for 3 reasons:
1) The sizing is off. I ordered 32B after measuring myself and the cup size was spot on and perfect, but the band was way too small, and when they sent a replacement they didn't ask which size and sent me 34B, which only *just* fits on the loosest hook.
2) It's not cheap. I went for a 3-pack as I needed a few and even during a big sale and choosing my least favorite option of 3 of the same fit instead of the 3 different ones I would have liked, it was expensive. They are really great for cup fit, better than I've found before from other brands, but I'm not sure it is worth the amount I paid, especially with the tight-fitting bands.
3) The delivery is very slow. It takes 1-2 weeks for them to arrive. I was starting to think it might be an IG ad scam by the time they arrived because it had taken so long and the tracking info wasn't detailed.
I don't have the energy in me to go back and ask for yet another exchange for a band-size up again, so if I buy from them again, I will go off my previous experience, not the sizing on the site. The cups are great, the customer service is great, but it's not the miracle that was promised and it feels like a lot of money and not as great a product as I was expecting. I would consider buying from them again in the future, would just wait for a sale, up my bandsize by a fair bit and order knowing it will be a couple of weeks before I have them to be confident in the experience.

ordered two bikinis and unfortunately they were too small when they arrived. However, the issue was dealt with very quickly and efficiently, and two replacements in the next size up were sent straight away. The bikinis themselves are lovely quality, well made, and look great on. Really pleased with the customer service and how smoothly everything was resolved.

Good bras that are actually shaped for smaller breasts! I didn't realize before receiving these how much deeper the cup is on bras I have bought from other places. These cups are much more shallow, which makes them hug me instead of just sit on top. I did need to exchange a size and customer service was easy to work with. Quality looks good and the Office Elegance is very soft and comfortable!
