Great experience with returns/exchanges. When I requested an EXCHANGE they offered a full REPLACEMENT of my order and no extra cost to me! Extremely satisfied with Cherries so far. Excellent customer service experience.

I ordered 5 bras on 16/04/26 and they arrived on 05/05/26. I was truly excited but unfortunately 4 of the bras didn't fit. But I did really love the 5th bra so I contacted Getfitcherries on the same day to request an exchange of the bras so I could have 4 more of the ones I really liked. After a few confusing emails they advised I could not do an exchange but could apply for a return and refund of the bras I did not want. My return was subsequently turned down and I complained again. On 12/05/26 I received the following email
Your return request with reference RE-****-***? for order #****** has been approved.
The items do not need to be returned to us. We can process the return for you without a return shipment.
You will receive a message from us once the return has been processed further.

I was delighted with this outcome and was going to order the bras I wanted when I received the refund. However on accessing the link it was a different story - they wanted me to return the bras to the Netherlands (I am in the UK). Aswell as paying the postage I would have to pay the customs fees. I have queried why they have given me contrary advise but they are insisting on a return to the Netherlands now.
I have now read other reviews where returned items have not been received.
It is really hard work dealing with this company and I really regret having sent in my order.

I haven't worn bras for years for the simple reason they never fit...sticking to sports tops or bralets.. I was sceptical when I found this site...but I am so glad I did...the bras are so thoughtfully designed for a small bust I absolutely love them!...the customer service is also on point...I ordered 5 bras but 2 styles wernt quite right... They sorted and solved the issue within days...I'm just waiting for my replacements for those two but so far using cherries has been an amazing experience from the start!

Really excited to try these bras as lingerie shopping has never been anything I’ve looked forward to! My favourite is the 24/7 push up bra which is so comfortable and a great fit.
The customer service was very helpful in arranging a replacement for the bras which didn’t fit and I would definitely buy from them again. Postage is a little slower than expected as I hadn’t realised that they were based on the Netherlands but customer service kept me updated throughout.

I placed my first order and was so excited to try my bras on! I unfortunately needed a bigger size but my experience with customer service is what totally made me fall in love with this brand. I got a quick response and they offered to replace for the correct size after doing a questionnaire to figure out my perfect fit!! Product was great, but customer service was even better!!

I was so happy to finally find bras that fit my smaller size. I've tried a few different brands before, but the GetFitCherries have been the best. I was able to get an exchange for a bra that was too small. My experience with customer service was very positive. They responded quickly to my questions and issue.

I was a bit nervous ordering bras online as I often have trouble finding a bra that fits in stores, but was recommended to try cherries for their smaller band sizes and I am super impressed! I ordered a 3 pack, 2 of which I love with my favorite being the date night. I am so excited to order more to replace all the ill fitting bras I have been dealing with for years! I saw a couple people complain about shipping time, but I am in the US and I know they are overseas and I got my bras in about a week so I have no complaints!

This company, Cherries, is TOP NOTCH in customer service!! I had a minor issue with fit on my 1st order and asked to exchange. They responded to my email within 24 hours. I had to fill out a quick return/exchange form, sent it back to them along with what I wanted to exchange for, and again had a response back within 24 hours and they have/had already started the process of sending me the exchange item, and then told me to keep the original item to pass along for someone else to enjoy.
It was the cut of the cup shape that didn't keep my mature, loose skin breast's from spilling out the middle.
I can't wait to recieve my new item and then purchase more. The original item is beautiful and soft.

I love my new Cherries bras. Finally a bra that fits smaller busts. No gaps. No sliding. Fits well and stays put. Had a small problem with an underwire coming out. I notified the company and got a very quick response. They were apologetic and acted immediately to correct the matter. Going to order more bras.

Best bras I have ordered. They are super comfy and they fit really nice. They give you a push up affect without being big and bulky padding.
I ordered one bra in the wrong size and the customer service was so helpful and got my ordered sorted so quickly.
Will be ordering more bars from cherries.

The first set of bras I received (date night) were too small, I did not want a refund but asked for an exchange which was quickly sorted by the customer care team who sent out a new set after helping me get the correct size. Impressed with the customer services and how they responded and helped so quick. I am awaiting my new set however I am sure these will be great. The set I originally had was great quality and looked lovely

The size I ordered didn’t fit, but I got help from the customer service and they posted me a better size. Delivery was quick and the whole process went smoothly. The bra I ordered for my daughter fitted well for her. I think I’ll try the swimsuit now that I know which size is good for me.

All the items I ordered were of great quality, but sadly didn’t fit. It also took a while for my order to arrive. Fortunately, the Customer service was quick to respond and offered me to keep the items and sent me a replacement free of charge. All in all it was a great experience and I will definitely order again.

I ordered the wrong bra size by not measuring correctly. The team at Cherries took the time to go back and forth with me on the specifics of my measurements and how I want my bras to fit. Now I'm getting sent the correct size with no additional charges.

i was very excited to try bras from cherries and they certainly did not disappoint! i hadn’t realized the issues i had with cup gaps with previous bras until i tried cherries bras and saw how much better they fit. the material is very soft and comfortable.
i did have to exchange two bras because i ordered different sizes to properly gauge which size would fit me best, but the process was very smooth, and the support team is very helpful and understanding.
cherries is absolutely worth it if you’re small chested and looking for a durable, comfortable, and flattering bras. i’ve already recommended it to a few friends!

I ordered a bra on 27 April
and it didn’t arrive until 8 May. Their returns policy says Returns have to be made within 14 days of ordering. It took 11 of those days for them
to send my order!
On Sunday 10 May, I used their message facility to request a return (as advised by their support) and I also took the opportunity to complain about the delivery time and the bra which didn’t fit. There was no indication of the bra size on either it or the attached labels. So how is anyone to know what size they sent?
After sending the completed form, a message said I could expect to receive a reply within 48 hours. It is now over 70 hours and I still haven’t received a reply. There is no way I can return the bra now within the specified 14 days!
This company is a scam. AVOID at all costs. I will fight tooth and nail to get my money back.
