Last year I ordered the collar which

Last year I ordered the collar which seemed like it worked great, no fleas, no ticks. This year in March I ordered the pendant and I am highly disappointed that it doesn’t work. I found 3 ticks on my dog in a matter of 5 days (2 found same day), now I have to spend money on shampoo and a new preventative treatment. I am not a happy dog mom.

Company doesn't stand behind it's product

When I first discovered this product, I was ecstatic. I try my best to treat my pets holistically as often as possible. And before everyone rolls their eyes at that statement, I treat them with Western or pharmaceutical means whenever necessary. And in fairness, I used the collar devices for a year without incident. So, why the 1-star review, you might ask? Well, about a month after renewing my devices for my two dogs, I found not one, but two ticks on my golden retriever mix. Both had already attached themselves and started to get fat on her blood. And when I reached out to the company for a replacement device, thinking that the device must've been defective, they blamed me for not properly maintaining my pet by checking regularly for fleas and ticks and then telling me that the devices are not guaranteed to keep these pests off my pet, and I needed to buy their shampoo and/or spray to keep them off.
Bottom line reader; this is not the product it claims to be and they won't stand behind it when it fails!

Had an incident with my puppy chewing…

They offer you a free item if you leave a good review . The capsule came out 2 days after putting them on my dogs collar and do not honor their 30day money back guarantee

Put this on my dogs collar to prevent…

Put this on my dogs collar to prevent the chemicals in flea and tick medicine and we have found several ticks on her within 2 months of using. One tick was on there for at least a day and now she has Lyme disease. Would not recommend.

Customer service was wonderful!

Customer service was fast, friendly and had my problem solved in no time. I highly recommend this company as well as products!! My fur babies are well protected and my mind is set at ease knowing I have wonderful Customer Support anytime I might need it.

This product works great against fleas ONLY

This product works great against fleas but is NOT effective on ticks. I bought this collar hoping to save my dog feom ticks more than anything. The ticks are bad in southern Ohio this year. I have sadly found multiple ticks on my dog even with wearing the furlife collar and flea and tick spray. Neither product was effective against the ticks only fleas.
