Hearth’s salesperson confirmed in writing that the Harper Promise offered reimbursement of our Hearth payment and a $500 Home Depot gift card if the stated financing benchmark was not met. Hearth later confirmed that the Promise applied to our account and that no applications funded. Management denied our claim based on a “completed application” requirement but did not provide the governing Promise terms or evidence that this specific condition was disclosed and accepted when we purchased the service. We also repeatedly requested written confirmation of nonrenewal and did not receive it. The matter is now disputed through our bank and has been reported to the appropriate agencies.

They are great and very professional.

The entire system is broken, there is no bank all it is is the cash advance centers with high 28% interest regardless the credit score of the client and it take so long to get the process completed that force your client drop the contract., these people lied do not sign up with the program. Justine is aggressive and pushy but the program is not even .01% of what she sells it to be.
