I really like this app!! I started with the trial, then paid for one month, and then got the year subscription.
The info is delivered in simple, bite-sized modules... and if you follow through with it, it can be very helpful! I have weekly encounters with an actual psychologist as well, but the little lessons of the app give me other insights and reinforce the cognitive behavioural skills learnt.
ADHD people need repetition of these lessons, as our memory seems to betray us, and we tend to get back to those distorted thinking processes concerning our worthiness and actual capabilities.
I know that the price may seem a bit high, and I do believe some people don´t have the means to pay for it - it would be awesome if they had some kind of plan for people with low incomes or different prices for countries where the currency makes it impossible to pay a plan in dollars. But I also believe that mental health is much more valuable than what most people are willing to admit. I spend around €200 per month on therapy sessions (because I have insurance), and the app costs me €189 a year. So yeah, I think it is totally worth it as an additional tool.

Follow up to my previous review - this company per their support team was unable to locate my account details to refund me as per their refund policy. I had to dispute that charge and receive a refund through my bank. Despite my emailing them asking for the refund, they then charged me yet again, and again a chain of emails telling me they couldn’t find my information to refund or stop this. I had to place another dispute with my bank, which after months my bank comes back and was unable to successfully recover my funds. I had to place a stop charge on my account for them to stop charging me. I provided them with every single piece of information possible without giving them the entirety of my banking information which no one should ever do. Please think twice before subscribing, as i was not refunded as per their policy, they refused to help, citing that they couldn’t find my information, stopped replying to my emails, and continued to charge me. I’m unsure why exactly my bank couldn’t get the money from the unauthorized additional charge that should never have happened, but i will continue to press until my funds are returned to me, and I am considering filing an official complaint if they cannot simply return the money that was taken without my consent.
Edit - to add re: their response - I gave them both my username and email address multiple times. I don’t recall their suggesting a charge-back; I had no choice BUT to submit a charge-back. My bank was able to recover funds for the first charge but came back months later unable to refund the other. Again, I gave them every possible piece of information INCLUDING username and emails. They couldn’t seem to find my account to refund or remove and kept charging it anyways, then told me they couldnt provide a refund until after the chargeback inquiry was completed, which it appears they denied, as my bank couldnt recover those funds.
I will be placing a complaint with the appropriate government channels. How is this not fraud? Theft?
I still don’t have my money returned, and they don’t seem to want to assist further in recovery. Scam.

Horrendous to try get in touch with. No response to my emails after raising a refund request. $300+ AUD down and for nothing. Devastated is an understatement.

I rarely post on Trustpilot but I wanted to pop on to share my experience of using the Inflow App. I have learned so much about myself in the first few days of using it. I am undiagnosed but pretty sure I have ADHD the more I learn about it the more convinced I am! Using the app helped me to have a lightbulb moment.. I have anxiety and it’s very much social anxiety, the app introduced me to RSD and so much of RSD fits me. I have found the structure of the app with lessons and reflection and hacks so useful and have already started to utilise some of the tips in my day to day life. I feel like I have so much more to learn and the app is going to be key in helping me understand and move forward with more confidence. Thank you again x

I really like the features offered by Inflow. The live coworking events have been an absolute game changer for me. I wish I had started them sooner. They are more than just co-working. The atmosphere is so supportive for us neurodiverse folks - everyone there "gets it." Helpful tips are sprinkled throughout the session. There is structure to help with focus and productivity, and also enough flexibility so it can be adjusted to meet my individual needs. The hosts are amazing and very responsive. I have learned so much, and can apply what I'm learning in real time.
It's set up to maximize accessibility. You can be on camera or off, use chat or not, join and leave when you need to, and use the sessions for whatever you need to work on, whether it's basic self-care, academic work, job searching, projects, or work tasks. No judging, just understanding and encouragement. It's made a huge difference in my life!

Inflow is more than an app. It's a community, a lifestyle; it's 1:1 and 1-to-many support for my ADHD. As someone who was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, this app has been transformative. I love the psycho-education with the different modules to learn about some of the challenges that typically come with ADHD: time-management, rejection sensitivity dysphoria, burnout, procrastination, etc. But most of all, I LOVE the co-working sessions that helps me get stuff done via body-doubling. Sunday Set up with Callie is off-the-charts amazing. She also makes me laugh out loud with her sense of humor. I get so much planned for the week with her themed pomodoros: my appts, my meals, even time to tidy my home and reminders for self-care. Co-working during the week with Jennica has also been such a help to work on tasks I have been putting off, thus, helping with accountability. I even signed up for 1:1 coaching with Johannie. I love her! She helps me laser-focus on something I'm struggling with, such as applying for a grant, and even writes up what we talked about afterwards. It's such a steal when you think about how much you could spend on therapy (which unfortunately, I can't afford right now).

It was promised that a reminder will be send before the free trial ends and the payment starts. That was the reason i accepted and tried the app.
No notification was sent, and having major problems with managing money due to my adhd, i missed the deadline. Thanks for nothing.

Great app for getting me organised and has some great strategies for helping cope with ADHD. The customer service is exceptional. Dealt with my queries promptly.

Inflow was and still is great for me as it allowed me to understand my ADHD WITHOUT the need for medication. Its use of CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) definitely makes it stand out from all the other wellness apps out there. Their coaching feature is also amazing as it gives you 1-1 access with a real qualified coach who helps you not only understand your ADHD but also holds you accountable and works with you through your goals. Only “downside” I would give it is the coaching aspect is only available Monday-Friday and the coaches sometimes go on leave for a week or so at a time. They also can take a good few hours to reply. So nothing is instant but still worth it. I’d definitely recommend buying the annual subscription as it amounts to just under £200. Whereas the monthly is around £40.

Do not give them your payment information!
On July 31, I canceled my subscription before the trial period was over but was still charged $199. After emailing customer support, I was issued a refund.
It is now August 12 and Inflow has inexplicably reversed the refund and charged me $199 again!
I verified that my subscription was indeed cancelled by re-downloading the app and attempting to log in.
Since inflow doesn’t post a phone number, they are difficult to contact. Now I know why.

If the subscription had been monthly I would have continued. But after reading recent reviews that there were problems with payment, I immediately closed the account.

Love the co working live sessions in particular
The learning modules and the community is awesome too! Worth the money

I have used this app and the body doubling every week for about a year now. The live body doubling events are great and help me to GET STUFF DONE! And also be in a safe community of friendly and encouraging people who understand all the struggles which come with being neurodivergent... The hosts Jennica & Callie are also amazing and make the space so much more personable and inviting to be in. It is so worth the yearly price and it has got me through my degree... I honestly don't think I would have done it otherwise!!! The learning modules are also good, I did many of them a while ago, so have typically forgotten a lot of the content, so will have to look through some of them again... but I know some of the tips have... literally... changed my life :) Not an exaggeration!!!! Very happy customer here :)

I signed up for a free trial and I really loved the app and the live events, but I couldn’t afford a subscription. I found out they offer a 50% off student discount so I signed up for that. I love the live events and recorded webinars. It is so nice to hear from educated people who really understand what people with ADHD go through and I am learning so much. Customer service is great. I forgot to cancel my free trial before I know about the discount, and they refunded me right away. They understand that people with ADHD forget to cancel things!

It was so nice to be in the company of others with ADHD. It really helped me to focus on what I needed to do.

Great education, community and coaching. I have done a lot of research and tried a lot of things for ADHD but consistently for about two years now Inflow has made the biggest impact. I recommend it a lit.
