It worked well for knee pain but…

It worked well for knee pain but stopped working after 6 months. It's too expensive to be disposable. The company would not fix it or replace it. I was given an RMA number to email to the company. I received a response from, apparently, the founder, that said it had to be returned in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

My husband has already had one knee…

My husband has already had one knee replaced and really didn't want to have a second, but was struggling to get around the golf course as by the 12th hole he would be in discomfort from his knee. He has used it three times a day as recommended and it only takes about five minutes a session. He was asked to play in a competition over three days with quite demanding courses and was dreading it, but completed the competition without any discomfort. He has been using the device for about four weeks and finds that he can finish the course, which is quite hilly as we live in Wales, without any problems. He is very pleased with the results and we can only hope that it helps to stop the knee deteriorating resulting in another operation, so fingers crossed.

Is this a scam

I have not received the package and can't get any updates I will be contacting my credit card company. I want to update my review, I was contacted and given information about where my kneadrelief was located and received it the following week. Unfortunately it was delivered to my Airbnb address and I'm no longer there so I still can't try the product and now I'll probably be outside my return window when I can try it.

Thank you Callum for great customer service
and understanding.
Per my doctor's order I can't use the massager. I Called Knead Relief and spoke with Callum, he gave me the RMA to return the product, unfortunately there was shipping problems where the product came back to me. I called Callum again and he credited my acct for full refund and for the inconvenience caused asked for me to go ahead and donate my knead relief massager to someone who can use it.
that is the only reason I gave 4 star, I did not use the product but based on customer support I say they're honest company to do business with.

Knead Relief I was initially disappointed. I had high hopes. Perhaps I expected faster results. After contacting you with my concerns I gave Knead Relief another shot. This is the first time in weeks my knee hasn't hurt. I am beyond thrilled. I'm not sure what worked as I've iced the heck out of it & used both the Knead Relief & my NeuroMD on it. Thank you for offering a full refund & supplying the missing manual. I'm gonna keep my Knead Relief & continue my treatments. I might even share my spare with my sister. Thank you.

I'm disappointed to receive this review. It's never nice to hear we've let our customer down.

It's true, our knee massager is a more substantial unit than more affordable options out there. This means we can use higher quality motors, padding, heating elements and batteries within the machine, ultimately, resulting in a better quality massage and product.

Your knee massagers should have come with a manual which I believe would have cleared up some of the issues you highlight such as how to contact us and operate the machine, clearly, that has not happened and I sincerely apologize for that. I have sent the manual in digital form to your email.

All that said, should you still wish to return, we're happy to offer you a full refund and we're sorry we couldn't offer you a solution to alleviate some of your discomfort but would like to take the time to thank you for your custom, nevertheless.
