We had a great experience with Lina . She was very nice and caring . Our 5 year old kid got a an amazing service and less stress as much as it is possible for a kid . Having service at home is very convenient and reduces anxiety for a child.

Our first time using this type of service and with our son being newly diagnosed with Autism level 2 and Sensory processing disorder and it's been tough getting bloodwork done for him. Also, getting out the house has been tough since I'm in treatment for breast cancer. Our phlebotomist Narsha was amazing. She was very sweet and kind to our little one and helped ease our nerves throughout the process. We were so pleased with her professionalism but also how personable she was as well.

This was the first time getting home bloodwork as I’m injured and was unsure how it would go. Kenny the technician made it a calm experience by being very prompt, professional, respectful, patient and gentle. I truly appreciate Kenny and highly recommend Getlabs!

I scheduled a Getlabs appointment for 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM and remained available during the full appointment window. No one arrived during that time. I was then informed the provider would be at least 1 hour late.

This is not a minor delay. It is a failure to meet the confirmed appointment window. For a medical service scheduled early in the morning, timely arrival and proactive communication are very important.

I am leaving this review because customers should be able to rely on the appointment window they book. In my case, the service was not delivered as scheduled, and the communication came too late to be useful.

Not having to go and wait at a lab is such a convenience. Having blood drawn in my own home is such a comfort. Getting a relatively quick appointment is such an advantage. Third time using getlabs and will continue to use them in the future.

As a disabled person, it's extremely difficult to get around anywhere. I have a motorized wheelchair and therefore require specific assistance and transportation to go anywhere. So it was wonderful to be able to spend a legitimately priced fee to have the comfort of my own home and it saved me from the pain of travel. Chris, my phlebotomist, was absolutely wonderful, professional, and so kind! I'm so grateful for him. I will be a returning customer.

My experience is even better than a 10, GetLabs made it effortlessly easy and smooth for me, I love the ability to have blood drawn from home and my technician was excellent very knowledgeable very professional and I felt nothing as well as she was so good at the blood draw, I can’t even see where she put the needle there is no bruising, I highly recommend GetLabs, I was happy to find GetLabs and thank you for what you do for customers 🥰
