The specialist was great

The specialist was great. He arrived on time and was so nice. I am a very hard to draw blood from person and it usually takes 4 pokes, not him he got it the first try. He explained everything and the whole process was simple and fast.

My blood sample was collected on march 21 to be dropped at Sonoraquest in phoenix Till date this has not been dropped and my test results are missing Your folks are not even investigating I will file a complaint with bbb asap
You have been sending a link to fill over and over again but no resolution Finally the blood sample reaches Sonoraquest but the sample is compromised so they had to cancel lipid test and comprehensive metabolic panel What kind of sloppy service is this

Cathy was AWESOME- she arrived in time…

Cathy was AWESOME- she arrived in time and was so quick (but not rushed). My veins are usually very tricky for phlebotomists but Cathy nailed it with no pain at all. Grateful to have her experience- I will always have an in-home draw in the future. So much nicer then having to travel and sit near other people who might be sick. Loved the convenience!

My phlebotomist Felicia was great

My phlebotomist Felicia was great. She found my vein for my blood draw with no problem.
I was so nervous on arrival and it was going to be an issue and when she told me she drove two hours I was like oh my God veins please cooperate and they did
I love this mobile service, I had no idea it was available, I only found out about it when I went to book my quest lab appointment and saw that it was available. I would definitely recommend and hopefully you get Felicia as your phlebotomist.!

Ashley was amazing

Ashley was amazing, she was on time, professional, and very good at what she does. I felt that ease, and I had no pain from the blood draw. She was also very friendly and willing to explain all the different types of test that I was getting as well. I would recommend this service!!!

The tech was on time

The tech was on time, friendly, and professional. They give updates via yr text so you know when they will arrive, and when the sample is delivered to the lab. My 100 year old mother was happy and said it didn't hurt at all. We will use them again if mom needs any more bloodwork.

Horrible service here in NYC never…

Horrible service here in NYC never showed up for my early morning appointment. I was waiting for my blood draw appointment from 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM suddenly received a text they will arrive at 9:30 am and one hour later I received a voice message from unknown caller my appointment was canceled. This will delay my prescription - Thank you so much GETLABS for your great service !

I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with Getlabs.

I am currently pursuing IVF after completing cancer treatment, and I needed time-sensitive labs done on a very specific day of my cycle, which happened to fall on a Saturday. Because there were no LabCorp locations open nearby on a Saturday, I was relieved to find Getlabs and scheduled an at-home appointment between 8:00-10:00 AM.

I received both email and text confirmations, and was told I would be notified when the phlebotomist was on their way. But I never heard a single word from anyone. And worse, no one showed up at all.

I attempted to contact customer support, but there is no real support available. The only option is an Al chatbot, which was completely unhelpful. When I requested to speak with a representative, I was told no one was available. There is also no phone number to call. It is unacceptable to offer weekend appointments without any form of customer support or accountability.

Because of this failure, I now have to wait an entire month to try again - time that is incredibly valuable and emotionally significant in the IVF process.

This experience was not just inconvenient, it was negligent and deeply frustrating. A service like this should be reliable, especially when dealing with time-sensitive medical needs. Instead, Getlabs failed to show up, provided no support, and left me without any recourse.

Getlabs is incapable of simply doing their ONE job, so again I say:

The nurse/phlebotomist was very professional, competent, courteous. He arrived on time, set up quickly, but efficiently. Pleasant attitude and moved as efficiently as a NASCAR pit crew. Pricing is a little steep, but there is cost and price. I would rather pay what is a fair number and get a competent person as opposed to the cheapest vendor. I would definitely use again and hope to get the same employee. His name was Ernie and I would say he's a very good ambassador.

Don’t expect good customer service

I used to be a past employee with this company. I have been trying to get my some information regarding my employment and they have been blowing me off. When I was working for them they had “VIP” customers etc. if your just a normal customer than don’t expect the phlebotomist to give any care for you. Same with their customer service email. All they send back is an automated message about sending information to HR. They really need to pull it together and get a proper customer service rep using a phone number to dial rather than the automated emails.
