Docher was right on time. Came in and took the tests in a very friendly, quick and painless time. I'd recommend this service to anyone that is unable to get themselves to the lab.

Brykisha was amazing. Her clinical skill is of the highest quality. Beyond that and just as important, is that she listens to her patients. Her compassion and kindness go a long way during a difficult blood draw. Her knowledge of venous access allows her to identify the most appropriate technique for the patient. Notification via text of estimated time of arrival was very helpful. I would definitely recommend GetLabs for those who have transportation, ambulatory, or blood draw restrictions that prevent them from having successful care at a lab facility.

Phlebotomist was excellent very gentle quick and professional

On time, efficient - almost painless, only stuck me once. If wasn't here, I wouldn't have known the phlebotomist had been here. No wrappers, or other tell-tale signs, not even in the trash.

The rep was very nice. I have hard to get veins and she conquered it on the first try.

We have been putting off getting bloodwork for such a long time due to the lack of available appointments at our local labcorp and the length of time it takes as a walk in. Using Getlabs took all of the hassle out of it. Our specialist was on time, as sweet as could be, and got us both on the first stick (which never happens). We had a fantastic experience.
