Very happy so far with the dedicated team.

I love the concept. I had a recent issue where I had them reformat a spreadsheet and it took my assistant 25 hours and in the end it was unusable. I had to redo it myself and it literally only took 1 hour to do the entire thing from the beginnging. I am no Excel expert. I have written 4 emails over 3 weeks to 2 email addresses and haven’t heard a thing. Of course they don’t have a phone number anywhere. I’ve used them a handful of times with varying results. Sometimes I end up having to redo it, but not a big deal when it’s something small. This was supposed to be small and ended up being hundreds of dollars for something that should have only taken an hour or two and I cannot get any customer service

As a customer for years, I have used Magic on and off, but mostly on, for a wide variety of tasks. My use case is primarily calendar mgmt, scheduling, minor clerical work, digital service management (e.g. making websites, managing service subscriptions, etc.), and some document/presentation production and editing. I have found that responsiveness of my asst to be consistent and within 24 hours. I have never had an information leak or security breach. The cost for the value i get is really marginal, as far as I am concerned. I would, and frequently do, recommend Magic to my friends and colleagues with similiar needs.

But some time last year, the quality of services began to decline and never recovered. :-( I miss ol' Magic..

As an entrepreneur, having access to a virtual assistant that’s not a full time employee and is scalable to the required workload and tasking, allows me to focus on building my business.
Simply offloading tasks either business or personal is a massive time saver.

Magic is fantastic. They've become a force multiplier for me.. you know all those things where you have an idea you like but you're busy with other stuff? A quick message to Magic allows you to not lose that initiative.

I had so many tasks that never got done because they required a lot of time or frankly were detail work that I just didn’t want to do. With Magic, I know it will get done timely and they genuinely care about doing a great job. It’s a real relief to be able to give those tasks as they come up to Magic. Now they get done right away, and I have more time for tasks that only I can do! Thanks Magic!
