Onboarding Moss allows your organization to Trojan Horse processes that should have already happened a long time ago, with the caveat that you have the most recent technology, an onboarding process, and pretty frequent check-ins with support to maintain your sanity. It's also great being along the ride with a team that continues rolling out new features. Latif was tremendous in the initial conversations when we were considering joining Moss, and we've since gotten to work with Caterina in actually getting this online. They've been reasonably patient with us but also good with keeping things moving and ourselves accountable, plus troubleshooting little things along the way.

Super unprofessional business behaviour… Significant cost increases after “cheap” special offers. Can not recommend…

Moss is an easy-to-use and nicely designed app for employee expenses. It is very practical and a huge time saver for employees and financial admins alike.

As a company, Moss is responsive to new feature requests, and pleasant to work with!

They are constantly calling annoyingly. At first they offered a trial period for 200 euros, which later turned out to be 160 euros per month for an annual subscription, ywithout the possibility of cancellation. I strongly advise against contacting them.

As the VP Growth at Enter I am a fan of this product - especially ability to send receipts directly to an email that matches them to expense. Also we are using Moss in approval flows to pay bills as well as to manage spend within teams - here we use a lot of one time use cards. I think we are not leveraging the full tool yet - here the Moss team could be more proactive in educating the customer.

It worked really well at first...until their recent make-over update.

As the accounting person in my company, I used to love Moss a lot, because it is user friendly, easy to use, self explaining, and they had a great customer care team. Everything was great until Moss decided to change.

The website layout is no longer user friendly (at least for the admin). Not only there is no options to change it back to the old Moss, the normally very responsive customer care team (for instant chat) is nowhere to be found anymore. I left a message 7 days ago after the new update was live, no one answered and actually no one even looked at it. After that, I tried 2 more times, messages are not seen. Not only did Moss decide a new make-over on the layout, it also looks like they decided to be irresponsible for their customers, too.

Great disappointment.

MOSS is extremly powerful. You have a great overview of all transactions. You can also link invoices automatically, which is great. I also love the fact, that new improvments automatically are rolled out. Also: Support is perfect!!

Our go to for employee payment cards, reimbursements, and any type of employee expense management. Immediate availability of digital payment cards for new employees and fast delivery of physical cards. Clean and intuitive interface both for users and admins. Web app and mobile app both work well together.

So fast, so friendly and polite, so helpful! 12/10!

Really enjoy using Moss. It's one of the best accounting software tools for Accounts Payable. User friendly, multi-ranged, it makes pre-booking really easy. Also a big plus point, with Moss, we can easily deploy credit cards to employees within the company. And also love the automated matching of receipts to the card transactions.

Best of all is the Moss team. They consider our feedback and if it is relevant and useful, they are open to making changes and improving the tool even more. Which is what makes them an excellent partner.

I think the platform is just great! Very clear, user-friendly and you can do so much! One really great feature is uploading invoices - very easy with a photo via the app. On the other hand, the platform is also very well developed for accounting preparation. You can enter the VAT and the G/L account instantly.
Another great feature is the "Reimbursement" - again very quick and easy.
Exporting reports is very easy. I can only recommend moss.

Moss does a great job. The virtual credit cards helps us to save a lot of time for payment-tasks by decentralizing it. The service is awesome, the usability and performance is very good.

Great platform to simplify workflows. Also suitable for smaller companies. The customer support is quick to respond, always friendly and very helpful. Big plus: for several companies, one has only one login and the (expense) overview of all of them.
The platform has helped us to manage our finances more efficiently and get a better overview of expenses.

I have been working with Moss now for over a year and experienced first hand their regularly updates and launch of new features. We have been using Moss for more then 12 months. Excellent experience. Credit card function as well as the invoice function is allowing us to be highly efficient. Pre-accounting is thanks to Moss 90% Automated already.

A great tool to distribute the operating invoice and payment tasks across the whole team. Easy to use, automatic reminders and a direct connection to the accountant is key. All that is resolved with MOSS.
