Boosting your sanity and efficiency

Onboarding Moss allows your organization to Trojan Horse processes that should have already happened a long time ago, with the caveat that you have the most recent technology, an onboarding process, and pretty frequent check-ins with support to maintain your sanity. It's also great being along the ride with a team that continues rolling out new features. Latif was tremendous in the initial conversations when we were considering joining Moss, and we've since gotten to work with Caterina in actually getting this online. They've been reasonably patient with us but also good with keeping things moving and ourselves accountable, plus troubleshooting little things along the way.

Support for a growing business

As a growing business, we were starting to drown under the volume of invoices to process and company credit cards to reconcile. Moss has been a real game changer for us, significantly reducing the time spent on company card administration.

The Moss app, particularly the ability to upload receipts immediately after purchases and the simple expense submission process, has had a hugely positive impact—not only on the finance team’s workload, but also on employee engagement and the timely submission of receipts.

I’ve had a great experience with Moss support. Caterina Porro guided me step by step through the platform over four calls, explaining everything clearly and patiently. We were loyal users of Moss, but exit was sloppy

We were loyal users of Moss, even though I was never a big fan, since the implementation went really messy. We cancelled our subscription with them last year. As soon as you tell them from what end date, you literally can't access the platform anymore. What happened was that they claimed that they sent us an invoice for the last month fees, but since that invoice never received our inboxes, we never paid an invoice, as it would normally get settled on the platform. Now, one year later we get a collection agency, they charge a 90 euro fee on top of 36 euro outstanding invoice, an invoice that we never received. When we call customer service, they say they can't do anything. I think it's more that they are not willing to do anything. The fee was never the problem, the way how they collect the fee I think there is a procedural fault in their process as you leave as a customer, the invoices you don't get it from them. One year later, they send a collection agency, which we disagree of course. Customer service tbh is crappy as they are just following some rules, but can't make the difference for the client/ex-client. It's not service, it's just a lot of headache. And turnover is high, your account manager that you had 1 year ago, is probably replaced by someone else. We had like 3 account managers in 2 years. How can you make the difference for your customers?

Thank you for taking the time to share this, even though the experience clearly missed the mark. This isn’t the exit journey we want anyone to go through, and I’m really sorry for the frustration and extra work this caused.

We don’t have enough detail here to identify your account, but a few things you described, loss of access after cancellation, invoices not being delivered, and a collection notice a year later, point to a breakdown in both our off-boarding process and how we communicate final charges. That’s on us to investigate and fix.

We want to get this sorted properly, not just point to rules. If you’re open to it, please reach out at reviews@getmoss.com with the company name and the email tied to your account.

We can then:
- Review the disputed invoice and confirm whether it was delivered
- Look into the collection agency escalation
- Reassess any fees applied
- Ensure your case is handled directly by a senior specialist

Turnover should never impact the quality of support, and your feedback helps us improve how we hand off accounts and manage former customers.

Cant even log in

Set up account and verified email, all was looking good. The. Was presented with a login screen no password was made during sign up.

Click forgot password as it was only option, receive the reset password email to simply be prompted to download app and LOG IN!!???
