Overall, Moss has enabled us to streamline our internal accounting processes- kudos to the team for the great work they have done so far. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use 90% of the time. In addition, the CS team is fantastic- solution-oriented and fast.
P.S.: there are only 4 out of 5 points because some functions are still missing, e.g. a full-fledged management including payment of incoming invoices.

Moss has cut down the bookkeeping time by maybe 80%, which is super valuable because we don't have a dedicated bookkeeper.
The downside is that not all services send an invoice in PDF as attachment with the billing email (which is not Moss's fault of course), but luckily - most do. And Moss's invoice auto-matching works flawlessly at least in 90% of the cases.
The initial setup requires some manual work, cause you need to change the credit card in all of the services to the one from Moss + you need to configure Datev integration (if you want), but that's definitely worth the time.
Moss is now one of my favourite services because it ACTUALLY saves time.

Moss is a great payment plattform for our company. We are using it to pay via abonements and virtuell or physical credit cards very easy. In connection with the accounting department, the upload of receits is very useful and easy to handle. The credit card solution of Moss helped our Finance department to gain full transparency over all our expenses.
Virtual Credit cards:
As a growing company, we needed a solution that can scale with us, without the hassle of admin processes. When a new team member needs anything, we can just create a new card for him/her. It really structured our expense system.
Invoice Uploading:
We always know which invoices are missing from which team member. Also: all team members are reminded automatically. The Finance team does not need to follow up all the time with our colleagues.
The automatic upload made it even easier for our colleagues to work with the tool. Super easy.
Customer Service:
The Customer Success Teams of Moss are so far very proactive and taking care of their growing customer base. Whenever you have a problem, they are able to help you within hours.

Great combination of widely-accepted credit cards with an intuitive user interface! Uploading invoices and receipts directly via smartphone significantly improved the efficiency of our expense and accounting process. As a growing organization, Moss saves time, creates transparency on costs and recurring expenses.
I can only recommend Moss to anyone tired of collecting paper and spreadsheets for expense management.
My company is a fast scaling startup. We have about 150 employees and implemented Moss a few months ago. I can wholeheartedly recommend the product and am pleased to leave this review. For me personally, I am saving about 1 day per month on doing my travel expenses. Also, our Accounting department is saving several man hours per week on booking expenses and following up on invoices we prior had with credit card invoices. We also gained control over credit card payments probably avoiding cost! Overall I can only recommend to sign up - you won't regret!
