I am frustrated that my subscription is with support.com that was recently acquired to another company. Many things to do with service and contact with a IT support person has changed without notification to customers. This support person Henry was outstanding. I guess my disappointment is previous to the acquisition with support.com there was no middle person - when you called you immediately got a IT tech support person and problems were resolved immediately.
The representative Mark is very knowledgeable, professional, kind and very helpful. He assist me with Microsoft software, and solve my computer problem. Give Mark a pay increase & promote him. He will be great asset for Support.com Tech. Thank You Mark
