Technician awesome/Pathway to support is below standard

The technician who finally was given my ticket was very good and efficient. He was thorough and completed everything that I requested.

You do have holes in your system as far as getting to the the proper person at US Tech. The 1st responder had a hard time communicating and understanding English which was a problem since I speak English. Also, I waited more than 3 hrs. from my call in to finally get a call back and that was after I initiated a 'chat session' and complained incessantly. Computer Support, my old supplier, was much better in getting clients to technicians. Most people who call your service have a problem that can't wait 4 hrs. to be resolved.

THE BEST VALUE - SUPPORT.COM

The cost for the Support.Com services have proven to be one of the best values for the money spent. You get superior help from knowledgeable Tech assistants and over the course of many years being a customer, I never had a time when the tech was unable to fix my issue, and in record time. I marvel at the ability on the part of Support.Com to hire the most knowledgeable Tech Assistants who have proven to be very patient and have always resolved all of my issues I have had over the years. I would recommend Support.Com to anyone who needs a place to turn to whenever they have an issue with their computer and in need of a fix right now. Do yourself a favor and look into the service, you will be amazed at what they can do for you in an instant, and remember, they are only a phone call away, and are always available.

Great people are what make for a great company

The young man I spoke with was extremely polite and respectful. He knew what he was doing and proved that in the efficient manor in which he solved my problem. He is the kind of person who would work assiduously to get the job done. Without being pleonastic, he explained to me what the cause of my problem was. His explanations were concise without being terse. Unlike others who try to obfuscate the problem, especially when it is user error, he was refreshingly truthful. I consider this particular young man to be the paragon in his field.

I wrote a very positive review for Jantorre but then you continued on past a reasonable point. I could not get out of your review process. I was VERY HAPPY WITH YOUR technical ability and Jantorre was very capable but your review procedure needs to "let go of me"!
