I had to send my passport back to the UK from NZ. It had to be tracked. I heard about this company and they were amazing. I had difficulty working out the size of my package. The on line help service worked it out for me and sent me screen shots of how to work out the costings so it was stress free. Much cheaper than post office service . Their Communication was brilliant from time i joined, paid and picked up at my door. all within 24 hours. My passport arrived in UK passport office within 5 days.

Parcel was collected, shipped and delivered from USA - UK all within four days. Great communication from the team and the price was very reasonable compared to other companies.

DON'T TRUST THE REVIEWS! They're fake!! I used GetMyParcel to send my metal coffee machine overseas, and it arrived practically smashed up. Honestly this this is heavy and hardy, so it must have taken a BATTERING. I've included pictures of what the packages looked like when they arrived and the coffee machine. It's been over a month and the also have not paid me for the amount I insured it with. DON'T USE THEM.

Excellent Service and Delivery. I have not sent parcels to the UK for quite some time because it became so expensive and unreliable. My GetMyParcel was picked up at 5pm CST (USA) on a Monday, and was delivered to the UK by Wednesday afternoon in the UK, and that was during Christmas week! Absolutely delighted and thrilled.

I wanted to send a parcel from Canada to the UK (not using Canada Post) but the prices to courier a modest package were eye-watering when I looked on DHL & UPS own websites. Someone suggested Getmyparcel and although it appears to be a UK site, their prices were significantly less. The parcel was collected from my home the next day and was delivered to the recipient's door only a couple of days later. Perfect! I will definitely use them and recommend to others again in future.

I've used an alternative company for the past few years but decided to use Getmyparcel for the first time this year and I'm so pleased I did. The price was great and the service was flawless, I couldn't believe how quickly my parcel went from the US to the UK in perfect condition. Even the collection process in the US could be timed to a shorter window so I didn't have to sit in and wait all day like the previous company. I was pretty anxious because there were a lot of issues with DHL emailing me saying my boxes were being held with customs until I paid tariffs that I should not have owed. But the person at Get My Parcel was in touch throughout the entire process, often answering my emails within minutes and keeping me informed every step of the way. She cc'd me on her emails with DHL and UK Customs so I could see that they were actively trying to solve the problem. Ultimately customs released my boxes and they arrived 3 days after being shipped, which was the earliest day in the time frame I was given when I booked. I really appreciate their customer service rep being so kind and responsive even after some emails I sent where I was clearly frustrated. I will definitely use them again as everything arrived on time and undamaged, and I found they are also the best priced.

Due to last minute changes in my shipment details, Getmyparcel worked through my issues and were still able to deliver on time. Response time from their agents was fantastic.

I'm not sure if they are responsible for the condition of the parcels. I'd guess not. So the downside to using this company is actually directed at UPS. The boxes arrived badly torn and broken. I will also complain to the company where I bought the boxes from. The company is expensive. It cost me over over $600 for 4 boxes. They weren't huge boxes or particularly heavy. Unfortunately there wasn't a lot of choice.

Fantastic service, always available and great turn around time; I have been using their service within UK, outside of UK in UAE & Qatar, and found Deepak and his team always ready to help and meet all aspects of my needs whether sending letters, or sending packages.

Excellent service used to transport some of our personal belongings from relatives in the UK to our new home in the UAE. Correspondence was prompt and clear via email at every stage of the process. Get my parcel were also flexible when we needed to make changes to our order. Cases arrived within a week and without damage. Would definitely use again
