This Nova Wave antenna does not do what…

This Nova Wave antenna does not do what it says. I can get many more stations from my old $19 one. I have tried it everywhere near the tv but still nothing. Anyone would be foolish to buy this. Another thing, after I ordered the antenna I never received a conformation. So, I had no way of tracking it. It did arrive in good time. I have nothing to show that I ordered it or where to send it back for a refund

updated - refund issued can't cancel because they have invalid contact info

their website said 30 day money back returns. I ordered this and tried to cancel the next day and the phone number and email address on their website are not real. The address that is listed on their website does not pull up in an internet search. They said they would notify me before it shipped in 7-10 days - I never heard anything back and then I received it today. I want to return it, but no way to contact them. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company. Their website says it's available at Walmart and Amazon and it's not coming up on either of their websites.
Update 3/11/25:
After I received the antenna that I was unable to cancel because the info was invalid on the website, I was able to find a name on the box and contacted Tanscata Support and the address is "support at tanscata com" I heard back from them the next day and they said that if I sent the item back, they would process the refund immediately if I sent them the tracking number. Which is what they did. They also sent me a follow up that the refund should hit my credit card within 3 days, which it did, and they refunded the full amount (including the shipping). I never tried the antenna since my research showed after I bought it that it wouldn't work for me. They didn't make it easy to contact them but once I did, they lived up to their policy.

Extremely unhappy

Extremely unhappy. They are not wanting to refund my money even though I pointed out THEIR written policy. This was a complete rip off. In spite of their regional map showing that this is used frequently in this area it is NOT eligible. I too received bills from gaming systems tied to this system. It is beyond ridiculous. I have reached out to counsel on this as well.

Rejoice if your Novaware antenna doesn't arrive

I bought a Novaware Antenna to replace an indoor antenna I bought at Walmart which was ok, but thought I could get better reception. I also ordered what they call their "amplifier" thinking that would really help reception. The antenna cost $49.99 and the amplifier cost $25. The result is that I get way worse reception than with my Walmart antenna which cost $23. So for anyone who is complaining about not receiving your antenna from Novaware, be glad and cancel the purchase with your credit card company.

Good morning from Holland.

Good morning from Holland.
Despite trying to get in contact with this company I was not able to get any from of contact.
I just receive channels from the US and they are sometimes not working.
Asked them how about receiving channels in Europe.
No answer.
A pity they are using other persons money this way.

This is a total scam

This is a total scam. I didn’t even order them. I just found the charge on my credit card. I did get them in the mail, and all they are are in inside the house antennas that hook up to your TV. These don’t work where I live because there is no line of sight to the transmitting tower. Don’t buy.

It's just an indoor TV antenna or an…

It's just an indoor TV antenna or an "air antenna". You can buy a better, cheaper one at Amazon or Best Buy. And of the "hundreds" of free channels available most are online shopping or other garbage. There are some decent ones however... you can get your local ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX for news and some sports. Also there are channels that rebroadcast old vintage reruns and movies. But don't expect to get any shows from the past 20 years or so. Air antennas are actually great. You get a great high definition signal and there is free content worth watching. Just understand it's local channels, old shows and old movies. And if you decide to go that route, there's better options than Novawave. Oh.. and NEVER wrap a copper wire around a 1.5 V battery and stick it into the back of your cable box the way it shows in the click bait ad.
