There’s no response to my emails/enquiries.

Appalling- item sent to me is a counterfeit item. Ie emailed twice and also tried the online chat for support and no one has contacted me to help resolve this issue. Do not buy from this company

The Jellycat is a fake

Messaged them as concerned the Jellycat was a Fake as certain details were wrong. Messaged on 20th October and 24th October and heard NOTHING back in reply. So this obviously proves it is a fake and I did say I’d like refund & ive been told to take it further. Definitely do not recommend them.

This is a terrible cheap quality copy of a well known brand, sold misleadingly with the same name and description. I would like a refund please.

Returned plushies at a cost of £23 as they were not genuine jellycat products!

Sold a fake item, looks nothing like what it should, and now wont reply to emails, avoid this shocking company

I did not receive what I ordered. I finally received a counterfeit bunny with the head and arms attached to the body backwards. The tag said it was a large Jelly Cat but I’ve one that is the real Jelly Cat and this one doesn’t look right. I’ve filed a claim with my credit card saying I did not receive what I ordered.

Mislead by the Jellycat photos, products ugly and fake, I request refund but no response, don’t cheat all of us anymore

Unfortunately, one eye fell out after 2 days. But it's still her best friend... :D

The product is of inferior quality

Do not buy, this company are impersonating another website plush paradise and they are based in china. The jellycats they will send you are fake. I have photos of the ones they sent against the ones I had to buy directly from jellycat after receiving their counterfeit ones.

Kept InTouch regarding confirmation of purchase sending on time and who was delivering item.
So pleased when arrived beautiful jelly cat teddy bear. Granddaughter well pleased

Really pleased with the Jelly cat my daughter is going to love it and I didn't have to wait to long for it to arrive.

The product i had delivered wasn't the same as the one in the picture. I have tried to contact Getplushie through customer services and the online form. Im so disappointed. I have wasted £25 of my money on something I didnt ask for and no help in returning it.
