Very dissatisfied and disappointed as they delivered the food 1 hour early than required and was made to keep it with no apologies.Had to warm the food up at the required time which doesn't taste the same.
Will not use them anymore. Very poor customer service and satisfaction.

Bunch of fraudsters… Closed my account with £50 in it, never received my money ever…

They blocked our money for months and make excuses, they are thief's and scammers. This bank is run by 3 Russian guys so not islamic at all.

It’s been nearly 2 years since these thieves blocked my account and to this day they have not returned my money back to me. At the time they said they were undergoing maintenance so I thought nothing of it, this was December 2020, January, maintenance was still going, February, still going… March still going…. Now I’m growing concern because I was a Uni student at the time and my money to pay rent was stuck in that account, I went into arrears with my landlord June 2020 because of these people. They ended up closing my account with absolutely no valid explanation. The turn of events was so crazy because how did it go from maintenance in December 2020 to my account being closed a few months down the line in 2021 and me never being able to access the account at all during all of this. Communication was shocking, I’d get emails saying ‘accounts will be back up and running in the next week’ so much nonsense because my account was never reinstated? They claimed to have sent my money back to the original sources and provided some fabricated payment ID’s,
I regularly asked the beneficiaries who they stated they sent my money back to but to this day. No such payments exist. You guys ruined me during my second year of University and justice will prevail. I was lured in and it ruined me financially for a while. Open and account at your own risk.

They blocked our money. No logic explanation. Just blaming their "partners". No timing to return our money. LITERALLY like a scam. I would prefer to pay riba than staying with this bank. We dont Know if we will get our money back, and if so, when.

Is it even legal to hold the money like this for unpecified time???

Please contact me and lets put together a complaint to FCA.

opened the account in May, only 4 months in their payment partners have closed accounts, Rizq are blaming their payment partners, when i contacted the payment partners they are saying that you are Rizq customers and they have to return your funds. I have no access to my money. I should have read the reviews before opening and now I don't even know if I will see my money again. Please avoid at all cost!

This has got to be one of the worst banks I have dealt with as a customer (and I have dealt with a few). Do NOT use this bank as your primary/ sole bank account for day to day purposes and certainly do NOT put all your funds into this basket. These guys have had business-stopping issues since day 1, and they cannot even offer the most basic of banking facilities (bank account, payment facilities, DD and SO). They cannot clear payments in or out in a timely manner. They are constantly providing excuses for freezing payments, accounts and funds. Shocking customer service and even their app doesn't even qualify as 'basic' in today's Fintech and Banking Apps world. There is no means to even chat online with a customer rep.
You're better off picking one of the high street banks and other challenger banks such as Revolut (which I am a happy customer of and would recommend), or even Monzo - despite it's issues in its earlier days.

I really want to give Islamic Banks a chance. I don't expect them to be equal to other high street banks due to the huge expense, but more than 2 years in and still no direct debit facility?

cannot pay utility bills causing huge inconvenience.

If DD is not available will have to close and move in next couple of months

Shocking, my account was blocked over a month ago for no reason they have told me to wait 30 days until my accounts closed and funds are returned, still nothing, customer service is awful and they don’t reply

I really love rizq it's helped me alot and it's so easy to use and it also helps you to control your money it's very good its gonna be big in the future

I have been using Rizq for a couple months now and I’m just so happy with the service I have received. Customers service is so helpful and the feature of being able to give charity is great.

Such a great Islamic bank with all the relevant services suitable for an everyday banking with no hassle.

Its about time we had more islami banks in the UK. Rizq can act as a beacon for the muslim community with services which would benefit us In Sha Allah

Like similar reviews, my account was temporarily suspended. However, this was eventually resolved and I am now able to bank normally with Rizq again. I would still recommend this bank to those that are interested in Islamic banking.

Been using Rizq for some time now, Staff are very helpful and the accounts they provide are 100% compliant with Sharia Law. Would highly recommend this bank for anyone out there looking for the correct way to use every day banking. 5 STARS.
