Unfortunately, this is one of the worst eSIM providers I’ve used – and I’ve tried many.

The eSIM technically worked, but the connection was extremely unstable. Sometimes it was fast for a few minutes, but then it suddenly dropped to 1–5 Mbps and stayed there. This kept happening repeatedly.

They mention in their Fair Usage Policy that speeds may slow down after the first few GB of usage — and that’s exactly what happened. After just a few GB, the speed dropped significantly and the connection became practically unusable. At 1–5 Mbps, simple tasks like navigation, uploading content, or even stable browsing were frustrating.

When traveling, I need reliable and consistent data. This service caused unnecessary stress instead.

I would not recommend this provider.

I have used different esims before, Roamify is the best for me. I‘m in Morocco and of course it will only function where there is wifi. The Roamify team is always available when questions pop up and they are very supportive and they take care of their customers.

I have tested Roamify during my vacations in Egypt. The esim is somehow working. But to make it work I have spent around 3 (!!!) hours of my vacations on chat with the technical support, and change 3 different esim that they have generated for me. As well, the last days of my vacation I have used another sim-card, which was limited (30 Go), and it was considerably faster with the same mobile carrier from the same location. So Roamify is unlimited, but the speed is reduced, so you can't anyway consume more that 2-3 Gb per day because of the speed limitation, even if you download 24/7.
To conclude, the only use you can find for Roamify is when you do not really control your internet consumption (big group for example, or if you do not really know which of your apps consumes what), and you want to limit your budget. Otherwise a limited plan is always cheaper, faster and better.

Bought a Belarusian sim, got a French one.

Ordered 2 eSims on a short trip to Cambodia. One worked perfectly on an iPhone 15, the other wouldn't work at all in a Google Pixel 7. Went through the online chat support system, but although they were were quick and helpful in their response, were ultimately unable to fix the issue and gave an immediate refund. I ended up going to a local telecom shop to sort it (they actually gave me a far better deal to be honest). So I would say they are cheap and easy when it works and their customer services is good, but there are obviously occasional issues.

I've used Roamify on my trip to Europe and everything was smooth, the customer service team is also responsive and accommodating.

Brought a thailand esim for 20days in half way through and I could not be more impressed easy to set up the day I left uk when I landed it worked no problem and at a fast level very impressed

Have purchased a few esims from them, all but one worked flawlessly. In the case where I had issues the customer service was very prompt and got it straightened it out quickly. Can recommend.

Awful scam of a company. Sold me an unlimited data sim. Stopped working. Being told that I’m out of data.

An Agent responded to my chat within 5 minutes of my inquiry. Adrian was not only friendly and knowledable but immediately addressed my administrative problem. He knew what to do and fixed it on the spot. No waiting for a change to happen, system change was realtime.

It’s not only the eSIMs that are fantastic but also , if not mainly, the people behind them.
The eSIMs are super affordable and most offer unlimited data at very competitive prices. They also offer convenience since you can purchase them at home and activate them just before your trip.
I’ve used Roamify in many counties - UAE, Vietnam, Thailand , Japan, NZ, Australia , Laos, Fiji and many more and everytime everything worked almost perfectly. Once or twice I had to reinstall the eSIM but that was quick.
Whe you have a problem, you message the team and they reply relatively quickly and are super friendly and efficient. Today, Adrien helped me fix an issue I had with activating the eSIM. Everything was done in a few minutes.
Kudos to Roamify and the team. I’m a fan and will always use them even if other companies offer better prices :).

At first it didn't work, because the website was down, but then afterwards the support was excellent and the price ist unbeatable
