Extremely easy to talk to and resolves the issues quickly.

I had a terrible experience with Roamify in Qatar. The internet service was extremely poor from the moment I activated it, making it almost unusable. I spent more than five hours going back and forth with customer support with absolutely no real solution provided.

When I finally requested a refund, I was surprised to be told that they could only refund two-thirds of my money, even though the service never worked properly. The internet quality is awful, and the customer service is even worse.

I strongly advise others in Qatar—and anywhere else—not to trust this service. This experience feels like a complete scam.

2 x eSIMs didn’t work as expected, chatted live on their app, Tiffany troubleshot with me for an hour, and after escalating to their back end, replaced both eSIMs, which worked immediately and perfectly. Fantastic support - will definitely go with ROAMIFY again.

I initially followed the instructions bit was able to get the esim working. Adrian from customer service went out of his way walk me through steps to fix the issue and we finally resolved the issue.

The support was quick, used in Japan and China and had no problem with speeds although only used for browsing and map. 5g service remained most of the time.

I purchased the Europe Sprint plan that was to give me unlimited calls home to Canada and data so I could stay in touch with friends and family while travelling in the UK, France , Spain, Italy and other areas. I experienced a lot of difficulty getting the plan up and running and when I finally did after several days and many hours emailing Roamify customer service back and forth, I finally was able to place a call home but was cut off after 10 minutes. I contacted Roamify again to be told that the plan I choose only contained 10 minutes of phone calls. Again I had to spend considerable time emailing back and forth explaining that the information provided in the plan I choose clearly stated unlimited calls. The Agent advised me that it didn't apply to me calling Canada. I explained that I had nobody else to call in the UK or Europe and that the main purpose of purchasing the eSim plan was so I could call home etc. After spending a lot of time back and forth with Roamify between October 14 - 20, 2025, I demanded and received a refund. I won't use Roamify again because of the misleading information in their plans and provided by their customer service agent.
