Really disappointed. Ordered 26th May and not heard anything since they have taken my money. I have contacted them many times asking for an update on my delivery/ either delivery date or refund and not heard anything back at all.
Do not order from this company!

My cleaner stopped working in April smirk asked me to return it to them which I did via dpd as requested but heard nothing since and no response to emails or contact via website which does not seem to work very frustrating

Was really enjoying this product until it unexpectedly stopped working within the first few months.
Contacted the company a few times via email to request a refund or replacement but have had no reply at all. Incredibly disappointing as this could be a good company / product if customer service was improved.

Customer service is shocking. I emailed a week ago as the cleaner had stopped working. Website states 12 month warranty so have requested to return faulty item & refund. Emailed again yesterday still no response. Wish I had saved my money !!!!

Scammers. Ordered 3 in 1 sonic tooth cleaner. Had an email saying order processed. Waited 12 days no emails or shipped. Contacted them three times about my order not being shipped. Then asked for refund Not one email has been answered! This being going on nearly 3 months after the purchase.
Its now with bank too dispute and get my money back.
Update: Bank refunded my money. So if anyone having issues contact bank. I paid on debit card

When purchasing the sonic toothbrush it was an easy and quick process. Fast forward to getting replacement heads. Paid and no delivery!! Numerous emails no luck! Rubbish customer service and now I am out of pocket with a toothbrush I can’t use.

I ordered from the company at the beginning of April of this year, it was to be a monthly subscription that could be cancelled anytime.
The product did not arrive and I was told they were awaiting shipment from their supplier which would come or so they said in the next 3 days.
After still not receiving my order I emailed again to be told they would check and their response was that they had the wrong postcode down for me.
I did eventually receive the April order in May (they of course had taken my May payment by then) and within a few days at least my May order arrived.
I asked via email for my subscription to be cancelled and was told that would be done.
They have since taken a payment in June, I emailed again saying they had agreed to cancel my subscription. I emailed again and again for a refund and again the first week of July they have taken another payment.
I am going to meet with my bank this week to stop this company from taking money from my account.
Needless to say June and July no product received.
I have emailed again but just the usual we will get back to you response.
They are still sending emails trying to sell their various products.
Buyer beware!!

I placed an order six weeks ago.
It hasn't arrived, neither have the company responded to any of the 5 polite emails I have sent enquiring about where my products are, or if I will get my money back.
I do not recommend anybody does business with this company.
They clearly do not care for their customers anymore.
I will have to apply to get my money back from my bank now as Smirk are clearly never going to respond.
Such a shame as I had a great historical record of customer service from them before.

Still awaiting my order from 7th June. Repeated emails, Facebook messages etc and still nothing.
Don’t bother ordering as I’ve now got to waste my time getting chargeback which I could do without.
A previous reviewer has said they have dissolved which would explain a lot.

I ordered the ultrasonic toothbrush at the start of may and have still not received anything (it’s now nearly the end of June). I have emailed around 7-8 times but the company have still not replied which makes me think I have likely been scammed. Be careful about buying anything from this company as you will likely just lose your money as I have.
